Russian-Ukrainian War (as of morning 10.02.2026):

  • As a consequence of the demolition of the local heating plant by Ukrainian drones, in the Russian Bielgorod nearly 500 residential buildings, universities, schools, kindergartens, as well as clinics are deprived of heating. In view of the situation, local authorities are considering evacuation of parts of the population.
  • Ukrainian authorities reported an attack of Russian drones and rockets on Kharkiv and Odessa, resulting in civilian deaths and injuries, and a full of at least 36 people were injured.
  • The Russians carry out limited offensive activities around Orichów and north of Pokrovska.
  • Between Pokrowski and Kostiantinivka, Ukrainian counterattacks continue. Nothing leads to the conclusion that any spectacular success will happen there. It is not entirely clear what the nonsubjective of these actions is.
  • The Russian side boasts of successive, slight advancement in respective areas of the border belt of the Sumsk region. Moscow uses its numerical advantage to extend the front, so that in the places where the spring offensive will take place, the defence will be weakened.
  • Russian services claim that Polish services collaborated in recruiting the perpetrator of the attempted execution of a high-ranking officer in Moscow.
