In fresh days, the Polish political scene has been shaken by the information about the neo-TK, Bogdan Święczkowski, who took the position after the occupier Julia Przyłębska decided to release them after the business of December 2022, notification to the prosecutor about the alleged coup. Who is Bogdan Święczkowski?
Bogdan Święczkowski was appointed neo-TK neo-president in December 2024 by president Andrzej Duda. He previously served as national prosecutor and head of the interior safety Agency. He is considered a close associate of the Minister of Justice Zbigniew Ziobry. It is worth noting that this appointment violates Article 178(3) of the Polish Constitution, as Święczkowski had previously competed with the letter of the Law and Justice organization as MP.
