The civilization of death in Spain is getting stronger. Earlier this week, the portal “The Objective” stated that the socialist government of Pedro Sánchez intends to violate the right to a clause of conscience among doctors. This would exacerbate even more persecution of pro-life supporters, already threatened by Cancel-culture and criminal regulations, which forbid, among another things, prayers before abortion clinics.
The Minister of Health, Mónica García – called “MeMa” due to his absurd emphasis on being both a doctor and a parent – has ties to socialist activism in the healthcare sector and has nostalgia behind communism. She is simply a associate of the Sumar Party, which is affiliated with the Communist organization of Spain, the same which was liable for the 1936 massacre in Paracuellos, frequently called Spanish Katyn. García is determined to increase the engagement of the public wellness sector in the abortion industry, which she considers to be an average business. To this end, her office plans to make "black lists" of pro-life doctors who refuse to participate in the disgusting abortion massacre. In the past, this minister has caused controversy: during the parliamentary session, she imitated weapon shooting at erstwhile regional finance minister Javier Fernández-Lasquetty. Despite this, she was not excluded or punished by the Madrid Medical College.
The arguments put forward by the minister, as the media reports, are at best incorrect and from my point of view constitute a violation of the very essence of medicine. García claims that the defence of abortion is an alleged law and symbol of freedom. At the same time, it disseminates a utilized communicative about the increasing popularity of the alleged "cross-right" aimed at the regress of society. He cites examples from Italy, Argentina and our country. What the minister carefully avoids, most likely due to her cynical scientism, is admitting that abortion is simply a quadruple violation of basic principles of bioethics: charity, incorruptibility, patient autonomy and justice.
Violation of the right to a medical clause of conscience is 1 of the most blatant violations of the Sánchez regime. The first reason is that opposition to conscience is synonymous with a strong moral obligation. For us as doctors, the primary work is to heal the patient; erstwhile this is not possible, we must accompany him, ease the pain, take care of him and comfort him. Therefore, it is essential to defend the life and integrity of our patients, sometimes besides through the exercise of opposition to conscience.
Moreover, the tool introduced by Minister ‘MeMa’ is legally questionable. This should not be surprising, given that postmodern dictator Pedro Sánchez and his buddies have been breaking the constitution for years and ignoring their own rules, all in the name of maintaining power and money. I usage the word "legally questionable" due to the fact that the European Charter of Fundamental Rights provides that opposition to conscience in the area of wellness care is guaranteed legally; and that governments should take this right into account and advance initiatives that respect this right.
Another argument that undermines the Minister's intentions is the fact that the Charter besides sets out the right way to study a doctor's decision to invoke a clause of conscience. These ministerial black letters are only tools for harassment, totalitarianism and the imposition of ideology. The good notification method is ‘ad casum’. In specified a case, the doctor must study the substance in each individual case, retaining the right not to be in any way stigmatized by the political authorities for their views.
In conclusion, we can say that the Postmodern dictatorship of Sánchez intends to destruct the beauty of medicine, violating ethical beliefs of wellness professionals and weakening the doctor-patient relationship. present more than ever, everyone, regardless of their medical education, should gain bioethic cognition to be prepared to fight and fight the cultural conflict against this awakening imposed upon us.
