The interests of the Polish people must be safeguarded both in the country and in our erstwhile Borderlands. Conflicts with our neighbours must be minimised, especially those of Russia, Germany and Belarus. The mitigation action has nothing to do with the support of a war that I have been opposed to from the beginning. Hungarians set an example.
Polish-Russian relations, but besides Polish-Belarusian and Polish-German relations are deteriorating constantly. But it was never so bad in the past of the 3rd Republic. Again, external forces utilized old Polish complexes – inferiority towards the West and superiority towards the East. I've written about them many times. They work in compression. All that we have felt for decades as a humiliation on the part of the West, we salute ourselves with much and Hispanic contempt for the East. It is noticed everywhere – in media publications and statements of politicians from right to left, in online comments and conversations at aunt's birthday. I remember the first time I saw a pig in the colours of Russia displayed on the door of a shoe store in Katowice.
Blind love for the West – and most of all the United States – and the delight of all that comes from there, grows out of the old fears of our nation (what is left of the nation) surviving on the outskirts of Atlantic civilization. Civilization misidentified today, in my opinion, the non-existent Latin 1 described by Prof. Felix Koneczny. For it is hard to identify the disgustingness of the Western planet with what he wrote about.
Damn sticking to everything Western just to get in their cultural ellipse and not to be rejected. For centuries, we have been “a peacock of nations and a parrot” to deserve only a pat on the back. As an chance came, we willingly joined all Western communities and pacts. We didn't ask for the point of this. We met and fulfilled in haste all the imposed conditions, paid and paid all the contributions, surrendered and surrendered to all the powers, sent soldiers to abroad wars with the Arabs to delight the West. We voted and voted frequently so that in the West they wouldn't think badly of us. We don't number profits or losses, and we haven't noticed what traps we've been drawn into. We deficiency guiding forces that are able to redirect the nation to a different line of thinking. As long as we stay dependent on these complexes, there is no chance of improving our global situation. The reconstruction or at least the thorough reconstruction of our national consciousness must begin with the rejection of these complexes. The situation in which we find ourselves is likely to hit us painfully, but it may become an impulse to start another reasoning about our nation and its place in Europe.
