Civil proceeding on the migration strategy organised a fresh Minister for civilian Society Adriana Porowska, erstwhile Vice president of Warsaw, expert on social affairs of Poland 2050, and previously manager of the Kamilian Assistance Mission, dealing with homeless aid. The co-organizer was the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, and the full was organizationally supported by the Shipyard Foundation.
