The European Parliament is presently preparing a resolution on the deprivation of national states of the right to decide on water and energy forests and the transfer of competence in these areas to the exclusive decisions of the European Commission.
The vote of the resolution does not yet constitute a right, but a prerequisite for the European Commission's decision, which will become a law and will enable euro-commissioners to manage forests, water and energy in the EU (i.e. besides in Poland). Unfortunately, these are the consequences of signing the Lisbon Treaty, agreeing to the "Fit For 55" in exchange for KPO money and another concessions to the EU.
Nota bene, the changes made to the Polish judiciary breaking the Constitution one more time proved insufficient and we must fill in another “Młyńskie Stones” or alternatively tie them around our necks to pursuit faster the unattainable “carrot” from the KPO, and so far pay back further instalments of the debt drawn on our behalf by the EU for this purpose.
Perhaps those who beat the EU and those who fell for it will get a minute of reflection, what did Poland do? I do not request to add that many of the Polish (?) "Polish" MEPs have for years been behind the removal of the right to decide about Poland, the right to decide about Polish forests, the production of energy, the resources of rivers, lakes and the part of the Baltic Sea that belongs to us.
