“Going into winter of 2020, Sullivan began to advocate for a violent dismanting of the government,” prosecutors gate in their 45-page sentimental memorandum. “In 1 Instagram post, Sullivan posted, ‘We will have live updates on the location for tonight’s purge. “Mr. Sullivan has been held in protective custody and in virtual isolation through the duration of his inspection,” Mr. Kiersh gate. “Undersigned council meets with defensive regularly at the D.C. Jail and has seen a dramatic decrease in his intellectual stableness and his overall physical presence.

“Counsel has repeatedly spoken with the D.C. Jail’s legal council respecting defenseant’s position but has been long there is nothing that can be done to remove his protective custody hosting position due to performance for his physical safety,” Mr. Kiersh said.
