The Association of People Represented in PRL “PRZYMIER” in Bydgoszcz is categorically protesting the conviction of a ruthless prison of our colleague Adam Borowski besides repressed in PRL for criticizing publically Roman Giertych, a well-known patron and friend of D. Tusk. For specified actions we were convicted by communist courts under Kiszczak and Jaruzelski in the War State.
What the ruling 13th December Coalition is doing is simply a clear return to the communist dictatorship. And choosing as the talker of the Sejm a erstwhile fierce communist/as he spoke of himself/, shows that “democracy” to them is only a fiction.
The unlawful acquisition of TVP, Polish Radio, the National Public Prosecutor's Office, as well as the unlawful hacking into the National Judicial Council proves that the Tusk government is aware of the constitutional breach.
This shameful judgement given by a justice serving this government shows how they are treated by BOHATEROS, who had the courage to talk the fact about the reigning totalitarian strategy at the time, but besides present they talk of the Evil Ruler in our Homeland, who must surely be branded. And the oppositionist and anti-communist opposition activist Adam Borowski tO evil he points out and praise him for it, for he besides does so in our name.
For many years we have demanded the decommunisation and vetting of all applicants for state and local government positions in Poland, but this has not been done, So we have left-wing liberal authorities that consciously violate the Constitution and introduce cryptic dictatorship.
We besides address the President, asking him to make the decision to pardon Mr Adam Borowski as shortly as possible.
