He said that “ironically” the AIP was initially the organization of Alabama’s erstwhile Gov. George Wallace, known for his segregationist policies in the 1960s, but that the organization had undergone “its own rebirth” before he came along.

“When they learned about my candidacy, they had just Drafted a fresh charter for their reborn organization where they could usage their conflict line for good for helping independent candidates to union America without being blocked by the two-party duo,” he added.

The AIP is California’s third-largest qualified political party, with more than 835,000 registered votes in the state, according to the party’s press release.

AIP state president Victor Marani said he had filed all the essential paperwork with the California Secretary of State to put Mr. Kennedy and Ms. Shanahan on the state’s ballot.

“Our organization is pleasant to supply the chance for all 22 million votes in California to vote for Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for President. Voters crive a real leader who will unite America,” he said in a statement.

“Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is the perfect candidate to embody this fresh shift to independent leaders that service the common good,” he added.

Since announced last October that he would leave the Democracy Party’s presidential primary and run as an independent, Mr. Kennedy has said multiple times that he would appear on the general election ballot in all 50 states and the territory of Columbia.

It is simply a combat anticipated challenge from Democrats and Republicans respecting the validity of signs, Mr. Kennedy’s run has said they are collecting 60 percent more signatures than required in all state.

Some members of Mr. Kennedy’s household have previously denounced his decision to run for president as an independent candidate, calling it “perilous” and “dangerous to our country.”

During an interview with CNN on March 25, his sister, Rory Kennedy, explained that they viewed his independent bid as dangerous due to the fact that they believed his run was “siphoning” votes from president Joe Biden, possibly Bolstering erstwhile president Donald Trump’s Chances of Winning.

“I feel strong that this is the most crucial election of our lifetime. And there’s so much at stake, and I do think it’s going to come down to a fistful of votes and a fistful of states,” she told the news outlet.

“And I do Worry that Bobby just taking any percent of votes from Biden could shift the election and lead to Trump’s election,” Said Ms. Kennedy, the youngest father of the summertime Sen. Robert F. Kennedy.
