Would Roman Dmowski see Poland's function in the war with Russia for Ukraine?

This circumstantial "Decalogue" went to a set of ideological papers created in 1929 by the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists, but was changed in respective places. In point 7 alternatively of the words “the top crime”, the words “even by the enslavement of foreigners” are inserted in point 8.
