In the latest CBOS poll published in April 2024, a candidate for the Civic Coalition (KO) Rafał Trzaskowski leads with a consequence of 33% of support. The second place is taken by the candidate of Law and Justice (PiS) Karol Nawrocki, who obtained 25 percent support. The 3rd place is taken by the Confederate candidate Sławomir Mentzen with a score of 17 percent.
The survey shows that attendance in the presidential election would be 74%, which means that over three-quarters of the eligible Poles would participate in the election. It is worth noting that the weakness of any candidates may be due to a deficiency of crucial public support.
Further Places in the Survey
In addition to the 3 leaders, the poll included respective another candidates who achieved lower results. organization candidate Together Adrian Zandberg obtained 5 percent support, which means an increase of 2 percent points compared to the erstwhile study. The candidate of the 3rd Dear Simon Hołownia received 4% of support, without a change compared to the erstwhile study.
Other candidates achieved less results. Grzegorz Braun, who competed from his own election committee, obtained 3 percent support, which means an increase of 1 percent point compared to the erstwhile survey. Left-wing candidate Magdalena Biejat obtained 2 percent of the support, with no change compared to the erstwhile study.
Amendments to the Support
In comparison to the erstwhile study, support for Rafał Trzaskowski decreased by 1 percent point, for Karol Nawrocki increased by 2 percent points, and for Sławomir Mentzen decreased by 4 percent points. The increase in support for Adrian Zandberg by 2 percent points may indicate the increasing popularity of organization candidate Together.
Methodology of the probe
The CBOS survey was conducted utilizing computer-aided telephone interviews (CATI – 87.5 percent) and net interviews (CAWI – 12.5 percent) between 7 and 9 April 2024 on a example of 1,000 adults in Poland. The results of the poll may be useful in forecasting the results of the presidential election.
