European Parliament MP Ewa Zajączkowska-Hernik on X.
I'm not giving up!
Today in Brussels I have filled the European lawyer General with substantive questions – citizens have the right to know:
- In particular, how many cases have the D.A. managed to solve in connection with organised crime, human trafficking or human trafficking?
- How is the European Public Prosecutor's Office subject to democratic scrutiny and the mechanisms for its supervision?
- Can the European Public Prosecutor's Office be utilized as a tool for political combat against associate States whose citizens have elected governments incompatible with the EU mainstream?
Listen to how the European lawyer General answered my questions!
