There were, however, more worrying signals, coming not only from the infosphere, from anonymous “strong together” but besides from lawyers, authorities (?) in the field of constitutional law, that it might not be possible for Karol Nawrocki to presume the office of President. The plan was to be simple – the Marshal of the Sejm opens the National Assembly and immediately announces a break. The word of office of Andrzej Duda expires and the fresh president is not here due to the fact that he has not been sworn in. Consequently, the President's duties are taken over by the Marshal of the Sejm. Attempts to put together specified a coup were seemingly made, the Marshal himself openly said that he was under pressure. He did not give in to him eventually, and this plan did not go beyond the tense phase of plotting. It seems that already at the preliminary stage, the Coalition coalitions expressed their opposition on 13 December, not wanting to participate in specified a process.
