Russian-Ukrainian War (as of morning 07.02.2026):

  • There is inactive intensive fire exchange and common fire on civilian infrastructure, especially energy. Ukraine is suffering much more as a consequence of these actions.
  • W Moscow was assassinated, in which a high-ranking Russian military intelligence officer, Vladimir Alexeyev, was seriously injured. Russian propaganda accuses Ukraine of sowing panic and destabilizing,
  • The Russians clearly slowed down the attack. At the same time, their activity in the air and attacks on logistics nodes and vehicles delivering supplies and meals to the front.
  • Little Russian advancement around the Zaliznicy fortifications on the Zaporosian section.
  • On the Slavic section there were limited attacks on Ukrainian defence south of Ozerne.
  • On the Sumician Front, Russian forces came from the border line towards Nowodmytriwa.
  • The second circular of peace talks in Abu Dhabi ended without a break, but the parties agreed to another gathering and an exchange of prisoners took place — about 314 people (part of the origin says 157:157).
