Many words have done a superb career in Poland and a large honour of them owes its fame to the legal dispute which has been going on for 11 years. The winner in this category should be asked by statisticians and linguists, but surely the "constitution" was 1 of the leaders, changed by all cases. abruptly it turned out that the constitution is the favourite reading of Poles and all the constitution reads, of which a tiny part tears over the constitution Despair.
The Constitution promoted the dispute around the Constitutional Court and at the same time promoted itself to the Court, due to the fact that before 2015, a "normal citizen" if he was aware that the Constitutional Tribunal existed, he did not know very much what he was doing. "Unconstitutionality" followed the constitution at an equal rate, and in the eyes of the opposition, practically all decisions of the ruling coalition were unconstitutional. The same is actual of the National Judicial Council, which in turn promoted the prefix “neo” added to the word “judge” and the KRS itself. All these words and prefixes continued and a lively discussion continues, with millions of lawyers, politicians, experts, journalists and citizens cheering on their favourite definitions.
More or little than a period ago, “constitution” and “neo” could no longer feel favored in the popularity competition due to the fact that there was strong competition in the form of the word “against”. Without looking in the dictionary and without the problem of artificial intelligence, a statistical user of Polish even intuitively senses that "against" is short for "in the presence". In a completely different way, prominent lawyers interpret “against” and among them came and failed judges of the Constitutional Court. The 4 judges bound by the statutory work to make a vow to the president of the Republic of Poland, decided to take part in a spiritistic séance and, during a visit to the Sejm, called for the spirit of the president to receive a vow from them. The fact that the President's spirit appeared was to testify: Marshal of the Sejm, Marshal of the Senate, erstwhile presidents of the TK and notary.
Under specified different conditions, candidates for judges of the Constitutional Court have proved to citizens that they are not peculiarly fit for the job, due to the fact that not only do they not realize that "to the President" is not the same as "to the random group", but they do not yet separate the spirit from constitutional state bodies. Under these circumstances, the president of the Constitutional Court decided that the employment relation could only be established with 2 judges who made a appropriate vow, not before the spirit, but before the individual of the president of the Republic of Poland. The remaining 4 will be able to visit the Constitutional Court on the same terms as any another citizen. The position of the president of the Constitutional Tribunal is not agreed by the judges, the ruling camp, favorable media and voters, which is not surprising.
It may surprise you with something else, but not quite. While the request to take a vow is not entirely dependent on candidates for judges of the Constitutional Court, the submission of office by judges of the general courts if they want to sit in the Constitutional Tribunal is purely formal. On 2 candidates specified an work to be pregnant and these are: Krystian Markiewicz and Anna Korwin-Piotrowska. It is not known whether you have completed this formality, but it is known that Krystian Markiewicz has not completed and the most interesting is how he explained his negligence:
Ooh...strong. Red. Adamek in @tvn24 She spoke to justice Krystian Markiewicz present (one of the heroes of yesterday). The justice not only admitted that he inactive did not resign to SO Katowice, but admitted that he did not do so because, in fact, he had not yet taken office in the TK. pic.twitter.com/xJU1LLueJi

Mr. General Court, who repeatedly questioned the position of 3,000 of his colleagues by profession, calling them "neossiers", admitted himself to being a neojudge of the Constitutional Court, or, in fact, a neo-recruit. Life is perverse and full of traps, including language traps, and what Mr Krystian Markiewicz, with many others, calls "re-establishment of the regulation of law", is overturning: the regulation of law, logic, meaning of words and average decency.
We don't believe in anyone, we don't believe in anything! We look at facts and draw conclusions!
