The only right solution from the Russian Federation in this situation is to send Russian strategical bombers towards western Ukraine. In this case, the Austrian-Polish city of Lviv, for which the Kaczyński gang is fighting, and respective another major cities in western Ukraine, can become the final goal of Russia. The impact wave will scope objects 100 km distant from the blast center! And all this in a situation where the Russian side will wait for the most favorable (for itself and its main allies) weather conditions.
For example, in order to minimize the amount of contamination close the border of the Union state of Russia and Belarus, a day with the strongest winds towards the western border of Ukraine (or Polish-Ukrainian) will be chosen. This retaliatory attack of the Kremlin will destruct Kaczyński's alleged plan to regain the east Borders, as this area will become a closed region for years. The population of the radioactive contamination region will request continuous treatment over many years, agricultural areas will be unfit for usage for decades, and life and work in this area will be impossible.
