In the language we talk about Polish social divisions ("transformation beneficiaries" versus "those who did not come out", "the folk class" versus "fajnopolacy"), the mediate class is inactive absent. This can be seen, for example, in the microfley of "simple blocks Patrick Jaka vs. elites from the portal newspaper.pl".
As you know, writing about mediate class is kind of a hobby to me. I believe that the large political fakapas of fresh times, like the emergence and fall of the first PiS (2005-2007) and the self-orphant of the PO (2015), come mostly from the fact that political elites of this class do not understand.
They do not realize its division into segments. So, I remind you, lower average (LMC), mean average (MMC) and higher average (UMC).
The lower average is the characters of the book by Fejfer. They managed to be in the planet of modern office buildings, buying malls, technology incubators and built for the EU's money of fresh university campuses, but they have 2 100 on hand and no prospects for stability.
MMCs are guys like me. We will, but we will not land on the cover of the magazine "Success". Like a writer – he's secondary, like an actor – he's a halobardist, like a lawyer – he's more like a writer (or self-employed).
UMC are celebrities, celebrities, elder management. Like a writer – he's a celebrity, like an actor – he's a prime character, like a lawyer – he's a co-owner of a prestigious law firm.
And somewhere over there, there's a real higher class. People so rich, they could never work.
You can't describe all of this by property or profit, due to the fact that there are many paradoxes here. On the construction site, a qualified carpenter can gain more than a young engineer – but in 10 years this engineer will advance, and this carpenter will just be 10 years older.
Moving on to the specifics: I think that Komorowski's self-orphaning and Platform was caused by the perception of the full mediate class as if it were "elite". The chocolate eagle was expected to celebrate the joy of our success.
Meanwhile, the LMC has nothing to celebrate, due to the fact that 2 100 is no success. MMC is of course better, but in order to proceed to go down, we gotta combine like a horse uphill (e.g. diversifying gross like Jors Truli).
The LMC/MMC so irritated the thought of "celebrating success". And that's why we don't want to defend HGW – due to the fact that the homeless in the Warsaw real property marketplace has long been a bonanza for respective people from the UMC and the advanced class, but for us it was a serious problem.
But the same misunderstanding is “blockers as persecuted by elites.” The man who sets the titles on the portal newspaper.pl most likely has a socio-professional situation akin to the protagonist Fejfer (as well as co-workers of this portal). It's an LMC, not an elite.
Warsaw blocks are popular among the mediate class, due to the fact that the metro, due to the fact that the school, due to the fact that close. Credits in francs were frequently taken on M-4 in Ursynów.
The conflict between "people versus elites" omits the mediate class, and it is her vote that is won in Warsaw. By building a image of Patrick Jaka as a driver, the PiS does not facilitate his task, due to the fact that the drivers do not like, even (or alternatively – especially) their neighbors from the block.
Kaczyński does not realize the mediate class as much as Hanna Gronkiewicz-Waltz. They both live in an elite bubble of property owners, the 1 on Noakowski, the 1 on Silver.
The average credit-payer, the average driver standing in traffic, the average corpolumide moving with a cup of coffee on the braving on the keipai issue, look at them with the same distrust. What do they know about our problems?
Dresiar, who jumped into a large politics – that doesn't sound good in this town either. The regulation of the lemming souls so remains to be taken.
This is good news and for the Platform candidate, due to the fact that it is adequate for him not to screw it up now (in the case of PO it is far from obvious!) and for the candidate left. I'm not saying, of course, that this will win, but it can mess with the first round.
In my bubble, quite a few people in the MMC have been switching to Together lately, and these are people I wouldn't have suspected in my life. They erstwhile voted for the centreright, erstwhile I argued with them about all these "invisible hands of the market."
In the face of the clericalism and pro-elitarism of the Platform, together now is little evil for them. Just like the platform utilized to be for me...
