“Waldek, and he fights!” that is the grotesque character of Sheriff Berk

Men's boasting mostly begins and ends with theory, and practice shows full regret. There is specified a thing in the male "species" that he can deal with what he has never done, how he has scored it and how he will show everyone. erstwhile Donald Tusk seconded Maciej Berk to the Constitutional Court, we heard an old song about Sheriff, who won't make a mess of himself, but he'll make a deal with "writing" cool, 'cause he's a tough guy, and he's not going back.

Still further in theorizing went Bartosz Arłukowicz, the worst wellness minister in the past of the 3rd Republic of Poland, and Berek himself would most likely give a lot, so that those awesome or alternatively evocative words of Arłukowicz would never fall, but unfortunately he fell:

Maciej Berek enters the Constitutional Court and I would like him to come in with a kick at the door and make order there (...). It's a war and you request players. (...) The Constitutional Court is to be part of the state's activities, and Berek from an official, lawyer, authoritative of the Prime Minister's office, after all, is becoming an MMA player who enters the Court today.

Arlukovich's Cabotine message before trying to get Maciej Berk into the Court sounded like boasts of a excited teenager, before his first date and ambitious plans for her. After it collides with the facts, it doesn't add up, even the war, due to the fact that alternatively you gotta talk about a simple smoke. Maciej Berek doesn't look like a sheriff at all, although he tried to play the part for a fewer seconds. Nor does he match a cowboy and there is no revolver, the only thing he uses is simply a pen and a keyboard, which he fires more and more boring statements from. But the worst thing he did was to be an MMA fighter kicking in the door, and this action looked like classic ‘gong’. At the minute erstwhile Berek tried to enter the part of the building where the judges were staying, president Bogdan Święczkowski stood at the door and the future justice bounced back from the president.

He didn't get to lift his leg, kiss the door handle, see the player at least 3 times the weight category, and run away, but it's not the end of the "sheriff" mission. The image of ridiculousness is complemented by publically poured regrets and complaints brought to Waldemar Żurek, and thus indirectly to Donald Tusk. For 2 days, Maciej Berek laments that he was pushed from the Constitutional Court, that was the first version, then changed to a violation of physical immunity. Due to this terrible harm which the candidate for justice met, who did not meet the formal requirements and made a vow to the parliament column, alternatively of to the president of the Republic of Poland, the prosecution received a notification of the crime by the president Bogdan Świętczkowski. How far distant is this behaviour from the seriousness and dignity that a justice from the TK should retain, aspiring to the position of president of the TK, sees all average citizen and not necessarily a PiS supporter.

Sheriff, cowboy, MMA player, became a small boy who resents being hit by an older and bigger friend. Usually, you're rooting for the weaker, and I'm certain Maciej Berek would get a small compassion, but that's the regulation for fair play, not foul play. Had it not been for the earlier announcements of the grand entry "with a kick", mixed with a violation of the law, an embarrassing combination in demonstrating the nonexistent internship of a legal advisor and an even more pathetic vow to the column, then possibly Berk's situation would have been a small better. The situation is dramatically badBecause they worked hard for it: Donald Tusk, Waldemar Żurek, Bartosz Arlukowicz and Maciej Berek himself. No substance how things go, 1 thing is certain – Maciej Berek is already a grotesque figure, no substance how unattainable to the authority of the court judge, not to mention the Constitutional Court.
