In the banana republic, only the D.A. and the police don't know where Zbigniew Ziobro is

On the seriousness of the state or alternatively its lack, volumes and fresh ones are written down constantly. We live in specified absurd reality that with full work it can be compared to the classical banana republic, due to the fact that only in specified republics does the government not recognise judgments, judges, and even courts and Constitutional Court. In the current realities, the prosecution's fresh pranks under Waldemar Żurka are a small startling, but for order it is worth looking at, for example, to keep a fewer pieces of seriousness and common sense.

In common language, thanks to Jarosław Kaczyński, there is simply a concept specified as "obvious obviousness", which translates into the language of the law in the form of a fact of commonly known, otherwise notoriety. Article 168 k.p.k. contains the full "service" of procedural facts and reads as follows:

Article 168.

The facts commonly known do not require proof. The same applies to facts known of its own motion, but should be drawn to the attention of the parties. It doesn't disable the evidence of the opposite.

The same evidence appears in the civilian Code, but this 1 in the case of a BOLO for Zbigniew Ziobra does not apply due to the fact that the erstwhile minister is being prosecuted from the Criminal Code. Anyway, all of Poland knows that Zbigniew Ziobro is in Budapest, where it is regularly visited by the media and itself besides connects to the media. Sending a BOLO by the prosecution one more time embarrasses the Polish state, although it was expected to embarrass the wanted one. The whereabouts of Zbigniew Ziobry are apparent and notoriety-making, and if, in specified circumstances, the prosecution and the police scope for a BOLO, they are either the only entities in Poland that do not have universal cognition or exceptionally primitive serious institutions rape logic, law and decency, and consequently the country.

It was hard to foretell that specified comic action would trigger equally comical reactions. Immediately after the letter was published, there were quite a few jokers, including Zbigniew Ziobry himself, who began calling the Police office to convey the widely known facts of the whereabouts of the wanted man. 1 of the jokers even got the charges due to the fact that he was so zealous that he didn't leave the phone, which led to the line being blocked. specified things can only be observed in banana republics, and worse, 2 Justice Ministers and Attorneys-Generals are active in the unholy ridicule of the state: erstwhile Minister Zbigniew Ziobro and current Minister Waldemar Żurek.

Unfortunately, this is not the last bad news, and that is due to the fact that at least 2 large groups of citizens are having a large time in this full circus. Supporters of the “ruled coalition” are as happy as children at the sight of Zbigniew Ziobra's image in the BOLO, while government opponents were laughing erstwhile the wanted individual personally called the Police office to inform where he is currently. By the way, Zbigniew Ziobro gave his address to the prosecution. It is said that politicians to whom society has so many reservations are an accurate reflection of society and it is hard to argue with this opinion in the light of the facts, circumstances and behaviour presented on all sides.

We don't believe in anyone, we don't believe in anything! We look at facts and draw conclusions!
