In Poland it pays more to be an agent of abroad intelligence than an anti-left activist

In fresh days, we have witnessed a judgement against Ukrainian Kremlin cones, convicted of sabotage and terrorist activities involving the arson of large-area facilities located in the European Union. Here, it is worth to look at the full issue of how far from the regulation of law the judgments passed on Vistula, Oder and Bug are.

In this judgment, the 3 Ukrainians, who according to the court were agents of Moscow, were convicted of participating in an organized criminal group of a sabotage-terrorism nature. They were responsible, among others, for arson of the hall at 44 Marywilska Street in Warsaw (12 May 2024). They were sentenced consecutively to 5 years and 6 months imprisonment, 2 years and 6 months imprisonment and 1 year and 4 months imprisonment[1].

The order of the court can be read that they have been convicted of committing acts of sabotage and terrorism involving the arson of large-area facilities located within the European Union (Article 258 §2 k.k.)[2].

At the same time, the court of the Vistula on the terrorist liable for blowing up Nord Stream, a gas pipeline crucial to the economy of the European Union, refused to release Volodymyr crane to the German authorities, and besides lifted the preventive measurement in the form of a temporary arrest and ordered its immediate release. The man was wanted by a European arrest warrant[3].

In the above case, the Ukrainians to be on the Kremlin's pay indicate that terrorist and sabotage activities in the country over the Vistula are more profitable than criticism of EU and left-wing activities. They're not empty words. Just callback the case of Marika, who was sentenced to 3 years in prison for alleged robbery and theft, erstwhile during the alleged 2020 equality march she attempted to pluck the bag in rainbow colors of the deviating movement[4].

A second eloquent example is the attitude of associate of the Polish Parliament Roman Fritz accused of taking the flag of the European Union from the seat of the Ministry of manufacture in Katowice. This act was treated as a alleged brazen theft. According to Article 278 §3 of the Penal Code, who commits theft of a peculiarly impudent individual shall be subject to imprisonment from 6 months to 8 years.[5].

Given the impact on the society of alleged harmful actions by Roman Fritz and Marika in relation to the actions of Ukrainian terrorists, possible penalties encourage anti-Polish actions, so that they do not have anti-EU and anti-left-wing effects. The question is what punishment would wait for Ukrainian terrorists if the hall on Marywilska Street were decorated with LGBT or European Union colours. Would arson then be counted as a brazen arson?

Given that the state institutions in Poland are groveling in front of the country of the glorifiers of genocide in Poles, Jews, and even Ukrainians, it is worth asking, has any associate of the Polish intelligence and reconnaissance agency surviving for the taxes of Polish citizens taken into account the possible threat to the safety of Poland coming from Kiev, where hostile Poland of flagism is freely developing? If not, what is the state's right?
