The president does not agree to alleviate the requirements for kid guardians to submit non-criminal certificates and veto another bill. For the sake of the children, no paedophile has any contact with minors.
Good decision.
The bill, which was vetoed present by president Karol Nawrocki, was that people working with children would not gotta show certificates from the National Criminal Registry. Instead, they would present their own statements.

Under the proposed legislation, in practice, there may be a situation in which people may have contact with children for, among another things, murder, human trafficking, criminal threats, kid abduction, drug trafficking or kid sexual abuse.
Looking at the outrage of the politicians of KO veto on this matter, it is possible to compose explicitly that they support solutions that would lead to little controlled and simplified access to Polish children.
