The US authorities are planning to present a final ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip in the coming weeks, which, if not accepted, could mean the end of state work in negotiations between Israel and the Palestinian Hamas movement said Washington Post, citing the source.
"The US is negotiating with Egypt and Qatar on the contours of the final take-it-or-leave-it agreement, which they plan to present to the parties in the coming weeks – agreements that, if not accepted by both parties, could mean the end of negotiations conducted by the CIA.
The authoritative added that the US was working on an agreement with Egypt and Qatar before the Israeli military discovered the bodies of six hostages kidnapped by Palestinian Hamas in October.
