The Ukrainian attacked Polish police and kicked a police car. As reported on Wednesday by the Police Station in Czestochowa, the on-call unit received a study that in the area of 1 of the blocks at the Home Army Street, a heavy agitated man is knocking on the door of 1 of the apartments and trying to bargain a bike. An intervention patrol came across a suspicious man. This one, the sight of the cops started fleeing the scene. After a short chase, however, he was overpowered.
During the intervention, a 27-year-old resisted and did not follow uniform orders. He insulted police officers respective times, spit on his uniform, violated their physical integrity, and kicked a police car. "For specified behaviour a 27-year-old, the uniform consequence could only be 1 – he was overpowered and stopped" – submitted in a communication.
The detainee Ukrainian drove the night in custody, after which he heard 7 charges, including insulting officers, violating their immunity, harm to property, attempted bicycle theft and possession of drugs. After performing the essential tasks in the Częstochowa police station, the “war refugee” was handed over to Border defender officers and, in accordance with a fast administrative decision, was expelled from Poland.
OUR COMMENTS: Now an aggressive Ukrainian will be able to prove himself against Russian soldiers, not Polish policemen. Will it be easier? We uncertainty it. Anyway, for the aggression against the Russians on the front, the Ukrainian will not face any punishment. He may even receive a distinction...
