There's something weird going on at the White House. paper entitled “National safety strategy of the United States of America. November 2025" lies calmly on the website and is publically available.
No 1 in the planet has any information about this. There are besides no authoritative administrative statements on the publication of the document. Yesterday, Politico reported that the publication of all key national safety papers would "probably take place in December".
So here is the most crucial – the National safety Strategy. It is already available on abroad email lists. The defence strategy isn't here yet.
It is not known whether it is simply a task or a final version, which individual accidentally posted on the website and forgot to delete before authoritative publication, or it is intended and promised.

Quietly, without publicity, the Americans presented the “National safety strategy 2025” (NSS-2025), which is simply a fundamental break from American abroad policy tradition. For the first time in the past of specified documents, migration has been elevated to the rank of existential threat threatening military attack. Before: The United States promoted the concept of "ordered migration" through global institutions. The 2018 Global Migration Agreement (from which the US withdrew) provided for management of migration flows alternatively than stopping them.

That's unusual. The authoritative American paper declares that the cultural composition of allies is simply a decisive origin in their credibility.
Latin America: Migration as Casus belli
The return of Trumpists to Monroe's doctrine is based on migration logic. The stableness of the Western Hemisphere is defined by the ability to "prevent and discourage mass migration to the United States". Military presence in the region is justified by the request to "stop illegal and another undesirable migration". Technology as a tool
The technological programme of the paper is based on the same logic of isolation. The United States must "ensure that American technology and US standards – especially in the area of artificial intelligence, biotechnology and quantum computers – will drive the planet forward". Technological leadership is straight linked to energy dominance: “Tanning and abundant energy will aid us keep our advantage in advanced technologies specified as artificial intelligence”. Technology is treated exclusively as a means of dominance and export goods to strengthen alliances – without any reflection on the risks or nature of the tools utilized to accomplish dominance.
The NSS-2025 proposes a fresh global architecture, in which control over the movement of persons becomes a central component of sovereignty and the criterion of belonging to the right camp. Anti-immigration policy ceases to be an interior matter; it becomes export as a condition for partnership with the United States. What has late been considered an utmost right-wing position is now declared at superpower level. While European populists are talking about protecting their borders, the NSS-2025 claims the right to a global anti-immigration doctrine, which is guaranteed and operated by the United States.
