– It ends October 2024 and the media reports that Donald Tusk's government intends to amend the budget bill. Not for the next year, which is not yet accepted, but for this year, 2024, the 1 that already 5/6 – I number well? – we are already behind us.
Do not “renew” a bit, do not make any cosmetic corrections, do not clarify anything. Nope. Donald Tusk wants to add most likely dozens of billions of additional debt to this budget bill!
Imagine the president of the company, the stock exchange company, who presented to the Supervisory Board at the beginning of the year, the shareholders of this company, the budget plan for this year, that's what we're going to spend, that's what we're going to make, that's what we're going to gotta issue, debt to our company. The Supervisory Board, which in this case is the Sejm, approved this financial plan, and it is the first 10 months of the year, after which the president comes to the Supervisory Board and says: well, esteemed Supervisory Board, honourable shareholders, we must change this budget! due to the fact that it wasn't well counted, we spent much more than we had planned for the 10 months, in fact illegally, in fact, without any agreement with you, without any information about it—but we spent more than expected, so now we gotta go ahead and sign a fresh financial plan, which will take an amendment to the fact that we spent money we didn't have the slightest right to spend! due to the fact that that's the point!
It's not that for the next 2 months that's left of this year, Donald Tusk wants to spend much more money than was provided for in the first bill. Nope. The thing is, The prime minister spent a lot more than he had the right to.. And now he wants individual to take it, sign it and legalize it. due to the fact that if it's not legalized, it's illegal. And that's the truth.
Simply the government, not full afraid with this budget bill, spent money he had no right to, and he had no right to borrow, and yet he borrowed it. Still, he spent that money. And now he's trying to blame us for not paying adequate taxes! This is the message we received as Poles. We don't have adequate money on this business! Yeah, we didn't get enough. But that's not true. It was predictable.
The fact that the taxation gross will be smaller and the expenditure will be larger, that was 10 months ago completely clear. And there were people in Poland, among them Confederate politicians, who said clearly and openly that the forecasts that the government presented were completely unrealistic. That taxation revenues will be little and that expenditure will be more. And the fact that the government has written a different-looking situation on paper, so from the very beginning, it was a complete nonsense. Unfortunately, this is confirmed at the minute that it was.
What's more, this situation we have right now, it only confirms that precisely Same thing next year! We already see precisely on this draft budget bill for next year, and we have said this in the Parliament's budget debate that this will not happen! That these taxation revenues are calculated in an incredibly optimistic way by Minister Domanski and Prime Minister Tusk, and that simply does not have the right to be entangled. That these expenses are someway few, those provided for by the Act, as for what we know the government actually wants to spend; and that we will have the exact same situation next year, that this record-deficit budget bill, which at the minute the government is pushing through the Sejm, is not the last word of this government! That they would come in 10 months after the first of January, come in October, November 2025, and announce that it was not a good count! That Poles did not quit adequate in taxes and that they needed that bill with this improbable 300-billion-dollar deficit, it will should be renewed again next year and adopted a fresh amount of deficit.
And it wouldn't be as outrageous as it is, but for the fact that The government at the same time conducts Byzantine politics towards itself! To this government! We have another multimillion-dollar award awarded in successive ministries. In a situation erstwhile they go out and say that Poles have not paid adequate in taxes and gotta borrow more money at the expense of future generations, at the same time they send a message that these money, which they will lend or extract to Poles in taxes, are not intended for any vital needs of the Polish State, but are intended for, for example, awards in ministries, at the head of course with the Ministry of Finance!
Bo record awards this year, PLN 23 million, go to the Ministry of Finance.
