Turnout in the presidential election in Romania exceeded 64 percent

More than 11.6 million Romanian citizens voted in the presidential election, which is 64.7 percent of the full number of voters, as reported by the Central Election Office (CKW).

According to published information, a full of 11,639,301 voters gave their votes after the closing of the polling stations.
