That's the only advantage of parity!

Member Witold Tumanowicz in a five-minute message on behalf of the Confederate Club on the bill amending the Municipal Government Act and the Act.

– If we are already in the position of amending the electoral code, I would besides like to draw attention to another aspect. If we want to remove unnecessary things and incorrect law, it would besides be worth leaning over the subject of parities. We would like to add an amendment as a Confederation: the removal of gender-discriminate, legal provisions. due to the fact that truly categorization alternatively of the criterion of individual merit in the selection of candidates is simply discrimination!

What is it like erstwhile on a ten-man list of candidates I gotta refuse to run for the eighth female or the seventh female already, just due to the fact that she is simply a woman?! This is typical discrimination. As an electoral attorney, I have even witnessed specified a situation that the another committee refused to registry the list due to the fact that there were only besides many women on the list! I don't think it makes any sense.

It is up to voters to decide who they want to choose. Not that there's a criterion. due to the fact that why is it not mandatory to exhibit at least 10% of blonds, 15% of left-handed, 25% of people over the age of 60? Like what? Why not? If we go further into this category, we can come to any truly absurd conclusions!

The only advantage of parities is that even the Left must admit the apparent fact that there are 2 sexes! This is the only affirmative aspect of this record. Therefore, as a Confederate, we will table amendments to the abovementioned Act.

Member @WTumanovich: There are inactive Confederate projects in the Sejm's freezer, including 60,000 tax-free amounts, it is worth taking care of these topics.

As for the Sejm, we should fix the incorrect law and even in smaller subjects. pic.twitter.com/aKWnvq1buB
