Tears in the eye... With “smiled Poland” our youth returns.
BIn 1985, close the summit of the well-known mountain of Chantoria, a patrol of the then-foosers jumped out of the bushes. It turned out that we broke the law by taking pictures against trees that were already increasing on the side of Czechoslovakia!
Fortunately, it ended with a reminder and simulation of chest x-rays with an immortalized "strategic" object, as in the case of ZENITA E was comparatively simple.
OIt appears that since April 17 ‘new’ has returned. erstwhile again, the “smiled power” objects will be considered strategic, and there will be signs that forbid shooting them.
And as in Poland, 1 can anticipate to start hunting people who are unconsciously violating the ban.
After all, it is adequate to drive a car with a camera on and somewhere on the edge of the staff to capture a part of the "strategic" railway station to gain a ticket.
Or cross the bridge.
I remember my colleague writing her master's thesis in 1983 at the University of Technology. As an illustration of part of the work, she needed photos of respective bridges, built behind the Kaiser Wilhelm (i.e. in the German Empire), but having a "strategic" status, thus prohibited from photographing.
A cell under the military commissioner was needed. ;)
The negative was solemnly placed in a safe at the university, although at the same time in the network of moving kiosks you could buy postcards with the same objects.
Putting a ban on shooting today, erstwhile at least since the 1980s from spy satellites you can make a photograph sufficiently accurate that you can read an hr from it on a passerby watch etc. that's absurd.
Not from the fiscal point, of course. It will be possible to punish ignorant tourists wanting to make a slogan against the background of a 19th century monument inactive serving as a railway station.
And the budget will improve...
A as individual thinks that he can get distant with work without wearing a camera or even the most mediocre smartphone is wrong. For over a century, it has been known that the deficiency of a camera is not an obstacle...
- Can you photograph?
- I know.
Why don't you have your camera on you?
— due to the fact that I do not have it, it was a clear and honest answer.
“And if you had a camera, would you be photographing?” the watchmaker asked.
— If my aunt had a mustache, she would have been an uncle — a kind-hearted answer from Schwejk, calmly sustained the investigation look of the watchman, who at the minute had a sore head that he could not come up with any another question too this: — Is it hard to photograph a railway station?
“ It’s lighter than anything else,” said Schweik, “because the station is inactive standing in 1 place, and the photographer does not request to exhort him to make a pleasant look on his face.
The Wachmaster could so complete his report:
Zu dem Bericht No. 2172, mende them...
And he wrote:
Among another things, during my cross-examination, he admitted that he could photograph, and most gladly photograph railway stations. The camera was not found with it, but there is simply a supposition that it was hidden somewhere, and it is not carried with it to distract attention, which confirms his own confession that he would photograph if he had a camera with him.
The watchman, who had a dense head after last night, was getting more and more excited about shooting and continued:
There is no uncertainty about what follows from his own testimony, that just due to the fact that he does not have a camera on him, he could not photograph railway stations and places of strategical importance. It is certain that he would have photographed if he had the above mentioned photographic instrument with him and did not hide it. Only the fact that the camera was not at hand can be attributed to the fact that no photographs were found.
“It will be enough,” he yet said and signed.

Ladies and gentlemen, there is simply a provision in Poland allowing punishment for attempt.
Article 13 of the Criminal Code:
§ 1. He is liable for attempting to commit an act prohibited by his conduct straight towards his performance, which does not follow.
Paragraph 2. An effort is besides made erstwhile the perpetrator fails to realize that it is impossible to do so due to the absence of an object suitable for committing a prohibited act on him or due to the usage of a measurement unsuitable for committing a prohibited act.
After all, the perpetrator may not know that the deficiency of a camera (smartphone) prevents taking a photo! ;)
However, in specified a case, the court may waive punishment (Article 14 Kk) but...
Let us remember the timeless transmission of 19th-century political scientist Alexis de Tocqueville:
There is no specified cruelty or wickedness that he would not commit if he lacked money.
Tusk's 3rd government is liberal and incompetent in an increasingly visible degree, and he desperately lacks money.
So there's a hunt for photograph amateurs and mobile telephone holders, ladies and gentlemen.
