This is the entrepreneur's truck, which has been earning it for his own and his family's life over the last fewer years, and is paying taxes from his business honestly. Actually, it was his truck due to the fact that he had to sale it.
Why? expanding operating costs, price volatility and labour in the construction marketplace are not everything. The bitter spell was transmitted by the Road Transport Inspection (ITD), imposing nearly PLN 20 1000 of penalties for reloading the truck. How much? Is that a lot? Depends.
The full absurdity of this situation is that the truck worked on a tiny construction (refurbishment of the road surface, construction of the exits, laying the sides down) on which it is not usually put weight to weigh the cars, due to the fact that it is unprofitable! So the car is loaded “on the eye”. If the material is dry it weighs little if wet weight can and by 30-40% more.

And the paradox is that The full intervention of the Road Transport Inspection took place on the site, and the car was moving over 300 meters! No excuse for the driver! Inspectors were expected to bring in a circumstantial ticket pool so they hunted as they could.
When we protested with drivers and farmers at the border, we were able to talk to the Inspectors of the Dorg Transport Inspection. What hit me that day in their relation is precisely this example. Inspectors said that after beginning up to duty-free trade with Ukraine and eliminating the licensing strategy for Ukrainian trucks they had a clear command from their headquarters: "*** ours, do not decision Ukrainians".
What was this entrepreneur/driver expected to do? Refuse to burden a full car? So more construction manager wouldn't take him to work, 'cause he'd think he was a nosy.
Unfortunately, there are more and more JGDs like this entrepreneur, and since the Inspectorate of Road Transport can issue political decisions to its inspectors in the name of good neighbourly relations, I hope that they will besides be able to realize the approach to Polish entrepreneurs from work, who are forging Polish GDP and are besides paid taxes on their salaries.
