Recently, Karol Nawrocki, an independent candidate for president of the Republic of Poland, supported by the PiS Party, has commented on mandatory vaccination against infectious diseases. His words caused quite a few emotion and controversy among experts and politicians.
In an interview with a local portal journalist, Nawrocki stated that he was opposed to forced vaccination, especially in adults. He besides added that he was opposed to compulsory vaccination of children, excluding only those diseases which are a general threat to the population.
