As it will be, and if so, it cannot be ruled out that an independent prosecutor's office will apply to an independent court to have 3 TS judges put in mining detention. Of course, they'd gotta get their immunity back first.
Who would do this – it is not known for now, due to the fact that the communis opinion doctorum has not yet been formulated and Judenrat is inactive working on it. As it turns out, right now the fight for the regulation of law is brutal, filthy and full of ambushes – but that's inactive nothing, due to the fact that citizen Żurek Waldemar was so disproved that he fired 25 of the Presidents of the Courts in a single attack – any even against the stance of general independent judges – nor without consulting the National Judicial Council, which he “does not recognise”.
In this situation, the National Judicial Council has notified independent prosecutors of the anticipation for a citizen of Żurek Waldemar to commit a crime.
