National Prosecutor's Office: This is about fraud from the Justice Fund
Anna Adamiak, PK spokesperson, spoke on the search of Ziobry's residence. In his statement, he said that the investigative actions at Ziobra's home were the consequence of irregularities related to the functioning of the Justice Fund.
– On the order of the prosecutors of the squad II, appointed by order of the prosecutor-general in the National Prosecutor's Office, the search operations are ongoing in the proceedings concerning the assessment of the correctness of the usage of funds from the Justice Fund – said polsatnews.pl press spokesperson of the prosecutor-general prosecutor Anna Adamiak.
"The full action is due to the fact that the grant is expected to be "non-target" due to the fact that funds can only be given to leftist organizations alternatively than helping priests for years. In the same case, the Bodnarovs entered the houses of Members of Woś, Romanowski and Matecki this morning," added Jaka.
"The way they break into Z's home today, and what they do is pure gangsterism. We will call for a peculiar gathering of the Committee on Justice on this matter," he continued.
Investigations were confirmed by the National Prosecutor's Office in a press release.
At the request of prosecutors from the Justice Fund investigation team, searches are being conducted present at various locations throughout the country.
The work continues. Their aim is to safe evidence, including, inter alia, FS documentation.
