3. media education – anti-disinformation programmes, raising citizens' digital competences, promoting reliable media;
4. transparency and resilience of the elite – mechanisms to counter external influence penetration: transparency of funding, regulation of lobbying, strengthening the independency of institutions;
5. international cooperation – active diplomacy and cooperation within alliances that rise the cost of external interference and support genuine strategical autonomy.

Conclusion

Models that weaken and break society are presented as attractive and beneficial. Catholic religion can be portrayed as something obsolete and “unmodern”.
