Prosecutor Ewa Chalińska From Częstochowa wants to put in jail for publishing books?

First they stalk for books, then they burn them, and then they burn people.

Ladies and gentlemen,

The territory Attorney's Office in Czestochowa decided to requisition books, most of which are available in collections of digital libraries, and their physical versions can be found in many libraries. Then I was charged, and then, despite my explanation and vulnerability of ignorance to the alleged expert, the indictment was sent to court.

The only reason the D.A. takes these actions is due to the fact that the contents of these books do not like Jews. A fewer facts in the pill:

1. The proceedings concern books that are mostly available in library collections, including digital collections (!), and many of them have been in the publishing marketplace for years and even decades (e.g. Talmud of Goys)

2. The proceedings in my case concern the book "The Book of Win Judy", for which I was accused, among others, of promoting Nazism. The book was published in the first in 1918, erstwhile the NSDAP had not yet existed. It besides covers the book “Jews and Cahals”, written by... A hebrew who did not like the anti-human behaviour of his countrymen.

3. Paweł Nowak (so-called expert) is an utmost leftist fanatic. He paid PLN 45 1000 for drawing up this 1 opinion. In his opinions, he claims that the slogan “Member of the large Poland” is simply a Nazi slogan, or that the Gothic font utilized in the logo of the portal Medieval.pl (a patron of media books) refers 100% to Nazism, due to the fact that specified are the feelings of random audiences.

4. In his opinions he uses a completely absurd methodology, according to which the intention of the sender is not important, but how the recipient of this intention read. According to specified reasoning, everything can be attributed to everyone.

5. The expert is allowed gross plagiarisms – “cut-paste plagiarisms” kind 1:1, including Wikipedia and Free Lessons – and signs them as historical analysis, for example. The evidence of specified actions has already been secured and will be reported to the prosecution. In my opinion, this is simply a crime involving extortion of public money.
