Lichocka finger and “Victoria Żurka”

A motion uneven to the motion and to the politician, that's the climate. February 13, 2020 Joanna Lichocka, average liked even by the PiS electorate, caused a storm connected to the avalanche. On that day, the atmosphere in the Sejm was highly hot due to the fact that Members debated and voted on the 2 billion remittance for TVP. The opposition at the time attempted to torpedo this populist task by offering funds for kid oncology, by the way, after taking power, they donated 3 billion to “pure water. The United Right did not succumb to force and voted to fund TVP from the state budget.

Right after the vote, Joanna Lichocka pulled out her mediate finger and looked at the opposition. This behaviour was received unequivocally, despite a alternatively desperate defence from the associate who explained:

If I wanted to show the motion of the mediate finger to the PO Members who acted rudely in the plenary, I would. I moved my finger under my eye twice, energetically due to the fact that I was nervous.

Few people could be persuaded and Lichocka gathered truly harsh whips, besides more sensible PiS voters They were harshly critical of her gesture. The opposition immediately took advantage of this and sent out the message of the day: “The PiS showed the “faka” to children with cancer,” which, of course, was not reflected in the facts, no substance how this incidental was treated. To this day, Lichocka is repudiated by this incident, almost all step of the way, and memes and videos with the mediate finger drawn by the MP cannot be counted and no court has always banned their publication.

In January 2020, the “March of the 1000 Tragedy” was held, or a street brawl involving judges from the “highest caste”. The current Minister of Justice and lawyer General Waldemar Żurek took part in this political performance, highly low flights. On the march the media could not miss and 1 of the journalists was Michał Jelonek from tv Republika, who later published a photograph of Żurek with a "Lichocka gest". The minister explained this even more fun than the PiS MP:

Under no circumstances did I want to show an offensive gesture. It was a alleged sign of Victoria, a motion of victory, very valuable to me from the time erstwhile I acted in the Confederation of Independent Poland (KPN). The bad luck was that I made it awkward, left-handed, due to the fact that in my right I kept a poster and a text of the speech I was expected to deliver under the presidential palace. People greeted us, applauded us. I pulled out my left hand unskillably to answer someone's Victoria sign.

Protectors of the Lurk all over the Internet They found only 1 photograph of Winston Churchill, on which his Victoria somewhat resembles “Victoria” minister Żurek, but the legendary Prime Minister of large Britain does not put his thumb out.

There is simply a much simpler and more reliable explanation! Waldemar Żurek “joked”, made a classical “fak”, and then put his another finger on and came out in reverse “Victoria”. Regardless of how it was, the human resources circulating on the net forums are not a "feather" but an authentic motion captured in a fraction of a second, but any obviousness can be undermined erstwhile they hit the right court and so it happened in this case.

Until 30 January 2026 Waldemar Żurek obtained as many as 4 favorable decisions after bringing lawsuits against political opponents. As part of the lawsuit's security, the court banned publication of a photograph with “Victoria Żurka” following defendant: justice Kamil Zaradkiewicz, prosecutor Michał Ostrowski, Ad Voce Association and lawyer Association for Poland. No plots should be sought in this exceptionally uniform line of case law. If Joanna Lichocka had sued her critics for publishing the photograph with “nerve rubbing under the eye”, independent courts would surely have issued the same safeguards.
