The honourable Minister Andrzej Domanski acknowledged during the interview for Radio Zet that Poland is helping Ukraine financially, due to the fact that the deficit of Ukraine should be viewed through the prism of the deficit-to-GDP ratio in the country and hence, in addition, the sponsorship of Starlinks by the Polish payer Ukraine. So let's look at the facts:

POLAND
Budget deficit: PLN 289 billion
GDP: 3,96 trillion PLN
The deficit-to-GDP ratio: 7.3%

UKRAINA
Budget deficit: PLN 136 billion (of which PLN 76 billion – as the media reports – are covered by abroad allies, and PLN 60 billion is covered by Ukraine)
GDP: PLN 880 billion
The deficit-to-GDP ratio (without allies' support): 15.45 %
The deficit-to-GDP ratio, which is covered by Ukrainian citizens (after ally support): 6.8%!

There are so 2 questions:
1. Is it logical that Poland itself indebted to its citizens (giving assistance to Ukrainian citizens in Poland) besides covers part of the budget deficit of a abroad country? I realize that another countries will be covering part of Poland's expanding deficit in the future?

2. How much precisely does Poland cover part of the budget deficit of a abroad state from 2022 to today?
