Thousands of Ukrainians in draft age leaves the country and goes to Germany. According to the German Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF), 19,484 Ukrainian men aged 18 to 22 entered the country from August this year.
Young Ukrainians flee massively to Germany. erstwhile Ukrainian Prime Minister Julia Swyridenko announced in August that Ukrainians would be able to "cross the border without hindrance during the war", the number of asylum applications submitted by this group in Germany increased tenfold, from around 100 a week before the entry into force of the regulation to around 1,000 a week. LThis includes as many as 19,484 Ukrainian men aged 18 to 22.
In consequence to a request from the BILD newspaper, the national Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) revealed that the largest influx of immigrants was recorded in the first week of October this year. Ombudsman Migration and exile Office stressed that "since autumn, the number of first-time arrivals is mostly higher than the number recorded in the first half of the year".
However, she added: – The first entries show a migration situation, but should not be identified with the number of applications for temporary protection or a permanent stay in Germany. Simultaneously "There is simply a increasing Russian attack, which besides seriously affects the supply of heat and energy". This means that it is unclear whether young men will stay in Germany, whether they will emigrate further or return to their homeland. In this way, it is not possible to measure how many of them will gain access to the German social and wellness care system.
German local governments are already suffering the burden of housing costs. Minister for Migration of Baden-Württemberg, Marion Gentges (CDU), told the BILD Journal: "In Baden-Württemberg we saw the highest monthly increase in the number of refugees since March 2023. Gentges continued, saying it was a "first informing signal" for cities and municipalities. He warned that if this trend persists, the municipalities hazard being overloaded again.
By the way, it is worth recalling that the estimated number of young Ukrainians (18–22 years) who entered Poland after changing the rules in August this year is about 99,000 people. At least this is the consequence of data cited by Polish and global sources, which are based on statistic of our Border Guard. Only any of these people went further, to Germany.
Despite another wave of escapes of possible Ukrainian conscripts, the communicative of a brave Ukrainian nation continues in Poland, which heroically resists Russia. Also, benefits and free medical care for these actual deserters are treated as expected assistance to “the fighting Ukraine”.
In fact, the question should be asked: if the Ukrainians do not want to defend their country and usage all chance to escape the conscription, why should we owe ourselves to their country?
We besides recommend: An aggressive black man threw himself at a Pole. Bad luck.
