In about 10 years, wellness care in Poland will require importantly higher financial expenditure according to the AI than at present. Newer infrastructure, digitalisation, deinstitutionalisation and transfer of care from large hospitals to the local environment (home care, POZ) will be necessary, especially for seniors, people with intellectual problems, chronically ill. Catastrophic demography, tense situation in matters concerning medical personnel including their education, and the progressive actual pauperization of the Polish society automatically put under the belt of the rulers who were and are liable for the current and future wellness situation of the Polish people. AI points out, on the basis of the data collected, that despite the increase in backing it will be impossible or will stay a major challenge to guarantee equal and fast access to all wellness benefits.
If no effective changes are made to the wellness system, in 50 years according to the AI, the problems associated with reduced resilience of society and increased morbidity, ageing and thus the financing and availability of wellness services will be greatly aggravated in Poland. expanding wellness needs, patient expectations and technology improvement will automatically transform the healthcare system. most likely the full strategy will be digitized and personalized, with emphasis on preventive medicine, telemedicine and genomics. The analysis of massive data sets for public wellness and personalisation of treatment will consequence in models, or otherwise treatment standards, that are patient-oriented, so that the function of preventive prevention (maybe forced depending on the policy option) and fast intervention will be crucial. There will be large emphasis on data and precision, and method advancement will make maximum personalized medicine based on genetics.
There will be improvement in targeted therapies, genetics, regenerative medicine, screening. At the same time, educational campaigns will proceed and the alleged healthy lifestyle will be promoted. The standard in the wellness strategy will be regular teleconsultations, and advanced AI algorithms will pre-examine symptoms based on teleintelligence and data from devices (e.g. implanted chips) constantly monitoring our health. These devices will enable early detection of deviations from established standards, automatic management of delicate patient data, planning and profiling of treatment by AI. It is assumed to test therapy in a virtual environment and model the body's consequence to the applied treatment. The function of doctors will be seriously modified and patients will have more insight into their wellness data and will have more influence on decisions unless any political conditions block it. Health services, monitoring and rehabilitation will mostly be carried out at the patient's home.
Such a strategy will, of course, require continuous training of staff, adaptation to fresh technologies and care for education, ethics and well-being of these staff. However, maintaining the wellness strategy according to the current Bismarck model at expanding costs will, of course, require fresh ways of financing and more investment to guarantee equal access to modern technologies and care across the country. This is how AI predicts the situation in 50 years, which means that the “shaft will go” in this direction unless there are major changes in the collapsed wellness care strategy here and now. In summary, however, what is expected to happen in the close future, i.e. in 10 years, it should be stressed that, as a consequence of technological developments, medical facilities will be more modern and better equipped, but human and economical problems will require the wellness strategy to proceed to intervene and to "extinguish fires".
The biggest threat to the modern strategy is and will be the deficiency of real safety in terms of the protection of the life and wellness of the Polish population against the dictatorship of large IT companies collecting all data, including delicate data. Companies specified as the American Palantir are connected to all sectors of medicine, economy, military. Currently, ensuring digital safety for Poles and protecting their data should be the biggest challenge for the rulers. We have very talented IT specialists, but who do they work for? However, the effects of the policy on the usage of data from the Polish marketplace are already visible, which is fundamentally different from the German or Czech ones. Constantly increased vaccination rates in children and adults of those reimbursed and those recommended, the emergence of a mass of ‘miracle honey’ and almost untested supplements and non-compliant EU standards of food from overseas and from Ukraine that floods the Polish market. All this, as the statistic indicate, does not rise the wellness of Poles, but generates quite a few fresh diseases and increasing holes in home budgets and, of course, in the state budget. In this situation, more emphasis is urgently needed on sensible preventive testing, the improvement of laboratory standards and the restoration of natural medicine therapy to standard therapeutic practices conducted by physicians specialised in natural therapy.
How it happened that the wellness strategy in Poland is in a terrible state can be deduced from the erstwhile 4 articles entitled “The medicine is one”. Analyzing the past of changes, it is clear that since the times of the Polish People's Republic, the availability of services, efficiency, with advanced costs and general advancement of alleged large medicine and self-sufficiency since our Polish pharmaceutical plants have been brought to ruin and sold to abroad corporations. erstwhile introducing standardization of treatment and evaluation of medical procedures, the freedom, independency and trust of patients as well as a sense of work in the service and out of appointments were taken softly from Polish doctors and wellness managers, and the anticipation of ethical and effective management of public resources. Unfortunately, the wellness strategy of Poles is consumed with corruption to the core and many decision makers have ensured that this is the case, and that most of the society does not realise this.
Problem with vaccination
The increasing number of vaccines (now around 60) and the work to vaccinate children from the first day of life did not come out of nowhere. At the same time, no 1 in practice has guaranteed that pharmaceutical corporations will pay for the treatment of adverse post-vaccination/NOP reactions and the effects of chronic diseases caused by compulsory vaccines. In practice, no 1 has guaranteed that the state will pay for the NOPs after dozens of vaccinations recommended, and doctors for inadequate qualification for vaccination or deficiency of vaccination if they can run even a pharmacy! No wonder, then, that more and more people are being shunned from vaccination, and parents are trying to defend their children from them. As a misfortune, BCG is seen as a tuberculosis vaccine administered to newborns (!), which does not defend against tuberculosis and which is not utilized in many countries.
More and more parents like home births as a way of hiding from the tentacles of compulsory vaccination as long as possible. another afraid parents ask: "What happens if an unvaccinated individual becomes sick with a compulsory vaccination program? It's hard to tell what's going to happen due to the fact that it depends on many factors. Unfortunately, fresh vaccinations are being introduced in Poland, without reliable research, current technological publications, observations from various sources and updates of data. As a consequence of in-depth analyses, Japan increased the age of vaccination to 2 years, which eliminated practically SIDS – abrupt cot death syndrome! In Germany, vaccinations for children are optional and there is presently only 1 compulsory measles vaccine at the time of admission of the kid to kindergarten, but if antibodies are detected as a consequence of the study, this vaccine is not given either.
In our country, however, the decision-makers have put water in their mouths and officially only something is bubbling like propaganda speakers. – Who and why forbid them to talk and inform the public widely? – Who is the false communicative about “dangerous threats” to defend yourself and children from with all possible vaccines? At the same time, a subconscious model was introduced during propaganda campaigns: You must instill yourself and your children, due to the fact that there may be sickness, stress, trauma, inability to work, and work and making money, is your most crucial mission in human life!
I compose this as a individual whose busy parents have not avoided compulsory vaccinations either of their own or of their children, and through the household they have passed through both measles and chickenpox, mumps, rubella, scarlet fever and another infectious “monsters”. After all, there were min. to catch these infections, go and get opposition to further learning and work. Even childhood parasitic infections helped get allergy resistance. And we've acquired this natural immunity, we're healthy. And it worked! We effort to eat well, live responsibly without endangering our lives and health, and in case of illness we are looking for effective medical treatments and remainder for the body and soul, not "vaccinating against life and health." However, everywhere today, there are massively injected products that do not destruct diseases, but increasingly frequently they destruct wellness and life due to the fact that their composition is... Well, it's the producer's secret, which was clearly noticeable during the last vaccination action involving C-19.
What is it about our country between Bug and Odra that the government must buy immense amounts of vaccines for children and adults, and just cross the border with Germany and the dangers are a 100 times less, despite voluntary vaccination? What is this dependence?!
It should besides be interesting for everyone that in our country the Summary of Product Characteristics/SmPC containing full information about the medicine, which is the basis for therapeutic decisions, is not automatically available to patients. The SPC is an official, detailed medical paper for doctors and pharmacists and the package leaflet contains only the simplified version. The manufacturer’s key information is: “It is recommended to usage the preparation after excluding all contraindications”! In that case:
Why are manufacturers' indications in the SmPC ignored by doctors?
Well, specified recommendations are frequently not taken into account, for example, what exclusion of contraindications can be mentioned in case of vaccination of a one-day newborn? The full panel of tests excluding 1 kid that a doctor should order can cost up to PLN 10,000, due to the fact that any genetic tests are besides involved. The maker protects himself against damages claims, but the doctor or caregiver does not defend anything, and they make final decisions and execute vaccinations. It seems that the patient, and especially the newborn, is treated as the subject of the experiment: “it will or will not succeed, but it is better not to make anyone aware.” It is besides crucial that the SPC recommends the administration of intramuscularly so that they do not enter the blood directly. There is most likely both the reluctance of doctors to "paperology" and the fear of problems specified as wellness check or environmental ostracism (video medical chambers oppressing honest doctors of time C-19 and mass vaccination), but there are most likely another factors. For vaccination recommended for adults, especially those performed in pharmacies, there is no medical qualification... The standard model of the qualifying test for compulsory vaccination of children frequently follows the known scheme: “The kid does not fever, does not cough, show the throat, great, and then we vaccinate”. As a result, parents get a circumstantial Russian roulette – either “something” will or will not. The wide access to cognition and the exchange of information we have present has caused many parents to think, ask, associate facts and do not want to exposure their children to the hazard of mandatory vaccination and another forced "health-pro" activities. They frequently meet with rudeness, force and panic from medical personnel and the environment.
Some persecuted parents are even willing to pay advanced penalties for freeing their children from the coercion of vaccination to buy themselves “holy peace”, but there is simply a request for vaccination in kindergartens... There are also restrictions, and later others may be introduced, and yet there may even be the removal of parental rights "if you do not want to defend the child". The State applies coercion and financial penalties alternatively of ensuring that the citizens are given reliable cognition and that vaccination is voluntary, especially erstwhile pharmaceutical companies are exempt from specified responsibility. If there is simply a choice, there should be a fair debate in the state media and between doctors who both opt for vaccinations and those against. There should be a debate so that parents can choose what speaks more to them. And that would be fair. Vaccinations may be recommended, but voluntary is the key. The logical consequence of the deficiency of NOP applications observed within 1 period of vaccination (unfortunately, this is the only period to observe, and the defects besides appear later!) is falsifying the producer's statistic and supporting a false media transmission about completely safe vaccines.

Modern politicians do not know medicine “from the lining”, the wellness system, nor do they feel what the concept of “health service” involves, although sometimes they are patients themselves. State officials work in the MZ, not professional doctors. Theoretically, they should be supported by national consultants and physicians grouped in independent local governments or professional corporations called chambers and sanitary services. And they did! - But how?
It is crucial that the centralised NFZ strategy was introduced in place of a decentralised wellness strategy (17 sick + 1 industry) as a consequence of the 1999 reform.In the Czech Republic, the sickness registry survived and present around 80% of Czechs are satisfied with healthcare. What about us? besides noted is the time of the formation of the medical chambers: medical in 1989, nursing in 1991, pharmacy in 1991, laboratory diagnostics in 2002, physiotherapists in 2016. Laws were passed, property was given from state property and funds were granted to keep and keep registers, judicial powers were given to the chambers, decisions were granted to grant and refuse the right to prosecute the profession, besides decisions on specializations, and at the same time the right to conduct business activities, accept donations, inheritances, grants and subsidies. To say something about corruption on a structure like this is not to say anything. Amendments to the Houses Act or the full liquidation of chambers seem justified in this state of affairs.
Houses should manage only the money from voluntary membership contributions, since the right to conduct business, receive budget subsidies, grants, accept donations, inheritances etc. proved to be highly corrupt. Should the real property of the chambers, which are donations from state property (read ours!) not be renationalized and possibly leased? Should errors in art and ethics not be subject to average courts and courts should have the power to take distant the right to practice? Should the introduction of professional, continuing and specialised education be exclusively part of the tasks of state, university medical institutions and university clinics?
Questions
– Is it amazing that 9% of the wellness contribution in Poland is not enough, especially that we have besides donated millions of Ukrainians with medical services (except in queues!).
– Is it besides amazing that the NFZ declared bankruptcy at the end of the year, and that respective billions were transferred from the budget of the wellness Fund set up for another purposes, specified as research, to meet urgent current medical needs? – Should the reimbursement of medicines and medical materials from private offices be accepted in pharmacies?
– Should NFZ include contracts with natural medicine doctors?
– Is it essential to measure medical procedures for the treatment of eligible patients in public wellness units?
It seems, especially in comparison with treatment in another countries, that exceptionally in Poland, the full wellness strategy is not based on ignorance based on bad will backed by immense hidden corruption and extended cancer of all privates grown on the state tissue. possibly this is why there are specified phenomena as: ruthless elimination of rebels against the strategy (e.g. demolition of natural medicine, taking distant the freedom of doctors to choose methods and means of therapy, persecution for not participating in the medical experimentation of vaccination against C-19), lowering the level of education, or systemic demolition of the wellness of generations of Poles generating a number of permanent customers of public and infirmary pharmacies? On whose mark is Poland so perfidiously set and how to get off it?
Perhaps it would aid to treat Poland's exit from the WHO and deinstitutionalisation as AI described in the forecasts for the next 10 years? Today, however, it is not known which Trump in our country would carry out this cleaning of the stables of Augiah. possibly the current ruling squad will decide to copy a good German wellness care strategy and return to the sick Funds? Or will the Law and Justice truly implement the late announced plan of banning doctors from joining work in private and state wellness care? It is now hard to believe in the sincerity of the programming intentions of both the KO and especially the PiS, which, having almost a 100 percent power for 8 years, has not introduced any corrective plan into the wellness system, and only dramatically has this strategy plunged into the time of the C-19 pandemic, and then with decisions on immigrants from Ukraine and beyond. How about the Confederation of the Polish Crown, which runs the advanced Nuremberg 2.0 project? It is not known, and the drainage of the pockets of Poles, the degrengolade and the breakdown of the state wellness care services take place overnight.
In front of our eyes, the Polish wellness system, for almost 40 years, is gradually being looted by abroad influences and transformed into another area of taking our fundamental rights and freedoms guaranteed in the Constitution of Poland.
