On entering Fair, decided to buy a kraft beer with added honey, paying 18 zlotys for 0.2 liters of alcohol. He then headed to the first food stand, choosing Polish cuisine. He ordered a condition of dumplings with cabbage and mushrooms, for which he paid 32 gold for 10 pieces.

In his review, he stated that the presence of onions in the dish was a large plus. However, dumplings proved to be cold, and the water that surrounded them was warm, which amazed the reviewer. He expressed his surprise about the intent of this water – it is possible that it was added to give an impression of greater importance to the dish. Additionally, he noted the deficiency of clear taste of mushrooms in dumplings. He besides noticed a disturbing aftertaste which he thought might have been the consequence of the addition of ‘Vegeta’. Foreign cuisine at the Christmas Fair

Youtuber shared his insights on culinary experience at the Gdańsk Christmas Fair. Surprisingly, Polish cuisine did not meet his expectations, unlike the offer of abroad dishes that stole his heart.

While visiting the Italian cuisine stand, he was amazed by the advanced quality of the penne with spinach, cocktail tomatoes and chicken, for which he paid PLN 28. He expressed admiration for the freshness of the dish and the velocity of its preparation – only 13 minutes of waiting. Pasta was perfectly cooked, which for him was an unexpected experience at the Gdańsk Christmas Fair.

However, the langosh received the highest credit. erstwhile choosing the garlic, cream and cheese version, he paid PLN 25. He was amazed by the presentation of the dish, but thought it might be a large option due to the fact that cheese could melt even more. He described the langosh as hot, crispy with a somewhat stretched, doughnut pastry and expressive cheese and abundant cream. To him, it was a truly delicious langosh.

However, the delight grew into disappointment erstwhile it came time for a shishle of grill and bigos. For a set of pork shish, 2 slices of bread, mustard and ketchup, he paid PLN 49. Bigos at the price of PLN 25 besides failed to meet his expectations. He described bigos as a typical festival, fair, with mediocre meat, where the taste of sausage dominated, comparing its taste to the typical, cheaper sausage available in the markets.

Summing up his stay at the Gdańsk Christmas Fair, Youtuber noted that the prices of dishes were advanced and quality was not always in line with expectations. Although he was delighted by the Italian penne with chicken and langosh, these dishes were besides rather expensive. Unfortunately, Polish dishes disappointed him very much.
