The cultural enrichment of Poland with the 3rd planet is ongoing. This time police officers from the Road Traffic Department of the territory Command in Raciborz Stop 2 legal OPIS immigrants from Colombia after pursuing the streets of the city. The police immediately informed the work officer and headed for the chase. The vehicle was moving at advanced velocity towards Zawada Principa, where the driver lost control of the car, leading to its overthrow. The man ran out of the vehicle and tried to proceed his escape on foot, but after a short pursuit he was effectively stopped by 1 of the uniforms.
At the same time, the second officer attempted to assist a passenger who was incapable to leave the vehicle alone. Nevertheless, during the intervention, a 31-year-old PIIS immigrant hit a police officer, violating his physical immunity. Both men were detained and went to police custody.
As determined by the uniforms, the driver did not have the driving privileges. He heard the charge of not stopping for traffic control. This crime is punishable by a conviction of up to 5 years. He has besides received a fine of PLN 5 000 for causing a traffic hazard and will be held accountable for driving the vehicle without the required permission. A 31-year-old passenger, on the another hand, will be liable for violating the physical integrity of a public officer, which, in accordance with Article 222 §1 of the Criminal Code, is punishable by a punishment of up to 3 years imprisonment.
Colombia is simply a third-world country with 1st place in the global crime ranking, including organised crime. Thanks to the kindness of Eurokołchoz, its inhabitants do not request visas to get to Europe, including Poland.
