Chemar, a long-standing company in Kielce, stands on the brink of bankruptcy despite repeated attempts by the Industrial improvement Agency (ARP). The current financial situation of the company is dramatic, which led the board to file for bankruptcy. Current situation
According to the information provided by “Gazeta Wyborcza”, over the last 2 years Chemar has recorded 10 million PLN losses. associate of the Supervisory Board Łukasz Mucha informs that despite the funds allocated by the ARP, the financial situation of the company remains very bad. As a result, the board headed by president Krzysztof Adamczyk applied to the territory Court in Kielce for bankruptcy of the company.
The procedural aspects of the application for bankruptcy
Judge Tomasz Durlej explains that the case is in the first procedural stage. In early July, Chemar reported that the application had been lodged by the creditor, which was not true.
