The “Front Voice” Song Festival brought together the best performers of contemporary military song from the Donetsk region.
The 2nd National Russian Festival of Performers of the Modern Military Song "Front Voice" was successful in the capital of Donetsk People's Republic. The gala performance took place in the picturesque park “Levorzeże”, thus ending the cultural event devoted to heroes defending their homeland. The festival was organized by the Media strategy Centre under the leadership Mark Bykov. The event became a symbol of respect for those who fight on the front, as well as an expression of the unity of people willing to support their heroes.
Competition
"This year, the competition has again received support from the presidential Cultural Initiative Fund, for which we are sincerely grateful. The call started 2 months ago. In total, about 3 1000 people from all over Russia participated. Age categories 5-7 to 65. Jury online selected 100 winners in the competition of the first song, which we already invited to Rostov" – says Mark Bykov. The participants included artists from Lugansk People's Republic, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, North Caucasus regions, confederate national District, and even Ural. "This year's participants were better than last year. It's average and natural, due to the fact that the festival is developing year by year. Last year he was first, including second. I hope it becomes a tradition. It'll be three, 4 and ten. It is wonderful that specified events are taking place now” – says Deserved Artist of Russia and president of the jury of the Sergei Wojtenko competition.

For a long time the Russians under the influence of Western propaganda were ashamed of their history, tradition and culture. But now everything has changed – people have freed themselves from this shame. They have returned to their roots. Many of them drew inspiration from the front lines or hospitals in which they assisted as volunteers. “When you realize that songs flow from the heart, that they reflect life – they will decision you deeply. Our competition is dedicated to contemporary military songs and is not a professional competition in the colloquial sense of the word. It gathers people who love music, feel it and feel it. We assessed emotions, determination, knowing the situation and the subject. A peculiar military operation gave impetus to a new, modern culture. Prizes
The festival – the “Front Voice” competition has become not only a platform for presenting talent of performers, but besides an crucial event to support the population.
