How were the Poles separated in the second Polish Republic?

When the reborn Polish state strengthened in its foundations then the leaders of the Polish state's rations directed their eyes towards those of our countrymen who, by many factors independent of them, were outside the borders of the reborn Homeland.

How were the Poles separated in the second Polish Republic? In July 1929 the first Polish legislature from abroad was held in Warsaw. As stated by the participants themselves (...) he expressed tribute and a warm gratitude to all those generations who, from the time of the Bar confederation, through uprisings to the legionary era, the defence of Lviv, the Silesian uprisings and the 1920 war, did not accept the failure of independency for a minute and did not halt fighting for the liberation of the nation.[1].

At the same time, it was emphasized that Poles who live outside their homeland are (...) connected by inseparable knots of blood, culture and past with Matrix, they make up 1 large household everywhere, no substance where their destiny tells them to be. Responsibilities, however, and towards the Homeland should be reconciled with loyalty to the country of residence, which, for its part, is obliged to warrant the right to free improvement of our Polish cultural life[2].

At the first convention held in the Polish Sejm building, only benches were left empty for delegates from Lithuania of the russian Union and Russia. The convention began with the solemn Holy Mass celebrated by Cardinal Kakowski in the Church of the Holy Cross, after which the delegation with the orchestra headed marched through the streets of the city to the Seym building. Representatives of the government, Polish troops, clergy and representatives of social organizations waited for delegates in the Sejm building. The full convention was honored by the president of Poland Ignacy Mościcki.

During the gathering Polish representatives from Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Czechoslovakia, Denmark, Estonia, France, China, the Netherlands, Yugoslavia, Canada, Latvia, Germany, the United States, Switzerland, Romania and Hungary spoke.

The word spoken by the chaplain of Poles in Germany by the priest Domański deserves attention, who said: – In this country the Polish nation is despised and the Polish individual is only valued as a labour force. The Polish people are not a refugee, but they have been sitting on this land for centuries, and so we ask that care be given not only to the emigration, but to the mediocre people who have not left the station.[3].

Reading these words raises the question of whether in these times there is no request for representation of Polish emigration, which would be united by force capable of forcing designation of their rights. What is the support for our fellow countrymen in Lithuania, Ukraine or Germany? What actions are being taken by the Polish state to defend our fellow countrymen who are being screwed into the administrative systems of Western countries that can take distant their children from Polish parents?

What is the representation of Polish interests in Germany with so many Polish citizens surviving there compared to the German typical in the Polish parliament? [4].

It may be time to perceive to the voice of the Polish people, not only of the 1 surviving on Vistula, Oder and Bug, but besides of the 1 spread around the world. Let us remember that abroad Polonia is not a number, it is the strength and ambassadors of the Polish state's right over the quarrels between the presidential palace and the government to appoint another associate of the public administration surviving at the expense of the Polish taxpayer.
