Migrants already start all seventh company in Poland. In the first 3 quarters of this year 32.9 1000 applications concerning the establishment of a single-person business were received in the CEIDG registry from persons with non-Polish citizenship. That's 15% of all applications related to the start-up of this kind of company. Definitely the most of them came from Ukrainians – 25,5 thousand. The next place in this ranking were Belarusians – 2.1 thousand. There are besides people with dual citizenship, i.e. Polish and Ukrainian, from whom nearly 380 applications have reached.

According to data provided by the Ministry of improvement and Technology (MRIT), in the first 3 quarters of this year 220.1 1000 applications concerning the establishment of a single-person business (previously – 221.4,000) were received in the CEIDG register. – all time entrepreneurs start their business, they should be assessed very positively. Let us remember that social welfare is simply a work built and entrepreneurs straight make our economy. In my opinion, the thing that is completely irrelevant is the origin of the entrepreneur. If he works in Poland, pays taxes here and contributes to our common prosperity, this should be praised – says Dr. Dariusz Kowalski, prof. at SWPS University.

According to Adrian Parol, restructuring advisor and legal advisor, all seventh fresh JDG is assumed by individual with a migration component. According to the expert, first of all, this means the maturity of the labour market. any immigrants do not halt on employment contracts, but go to plan services and B2B, where they more rapidly coin competences.

Secondly, it is the support of the economy in sectors where it lacks – in local services, logistics, construction, IT-contracts or e-commerce. Thirdly, migrant entrepreneurs supply cross-border networking networks. It is easier for them to export services to their home markets and to operate diaspora in Poland.

– Poland for foreigners is always an attractive place to do business. This is confirmed by the above - mentioned data. At the same time, I believe that, as a state, we should make more real incentives for foreigners to further fuel our economy and home business. This would surely benefit us more. In addition to the above-mentioned drive for the economy, the advantages would besides be on the side of all kinds of danne. – says Łukasz Goszczyński, legal advisor and restructuring advisor from GKPG.

Of the foreigners who decided to take this step in the first 3 quarters of this year, the highest number of Ukrainians was 25,5 1000 (a year before – 24,4,000). An expert from GKPG adds that this data should not surprise us particularly. There have been respective issues on this aspect, but 1 has had a fundamental impact. After the start of the war in Ukraine, entrepreneurs simply started looking for a safer haven for their interests. Moreover, in Poland they have a smaller language barrier than in Germany or another EU countries, which is of large importance in the area of business.

– any companies founded by Ukrainians offer services addressed to their own community. It is primarily catering, retail, beauty, services, accounting, translation "UA-PL", education for children, care, etc. But you can besides see an entrance bridge, i.e. a start inside diaspora, and then a fast diversification to Polish and global customers. These are mainly IT-contracts, marketing, e-commerce, plan works in the construction plant and fit-out – he analyses Mr. Adrian Parol.

As Dr Dariusz Kowalski, prof. of SWPS University, states, the more entrepreneurs produce goods and services, the better it is in rule economically. This promotes competition and yet improves the functioning of the market. Therefore, more companies could always be expected. According to the expert, all fresh activity is valuable and 1 should be glad that foreigners start companies in Poland. This is besides embedded in a socio-economic context. It's about demographic trends, but it's besides about automation or AI.

– Conclusion from Ukrainians is simply a lot in the abroad pool and moderately in terms of the full market. The growth year to year is natural. Not only the effect of assimilation works. This is besides the consequence of orders, as well as specialization, due to the fact that after a year or two, any people isolate their marketplace niches – adds Mr. Adrian Parol.

The following places include citizens of Belarus – 2.1 1000 (a year before – 2.6 thousand) and people with Polish and Ukrainian citizenship – 377 (298). There are inactive persons with Polish and Belarusian citizenship – 302 (previous year – 268), Germany – 287 (332), as well as persons with Polish and German citizenship – 274 (previously 293). Behind them are Romanians – 273 (321), Russians – 265 (257), Bulgarians – 206 (230), as well as Italians – 183 (164).

"The data collected clearly shows that geographical proximity is crucial here. However, there are besides another factors, e.g. easier movement, lower relocation costs or existing household and professional networks. There are besides political issues, which is besides of large importance, due to the fact that in our case this origin is much more unchangeable than in Ukraine or Belarus, for example – the lawyer from the law firm of GKPG comments.

In summary, in fresh years Poland has become a unchangeable labour marketplace and a place offering predictable conditions for immigrants to operate. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about Poles who cannot number on the same kind of administrative facilities.
