Foreigners, mostly Ukrainians would love to. open one-man companies in Poland. In 9 months they submitted 25,5 1000 applications. In 3 quarters foreigners founded a full of 32.9 1000 tiny companies. This is 15% of all fresh entrants.
Migrants already start all seventh company in Poland. In the first 3 quarters of this year 32.9 1000 applications concerning the establishment of a single-person business were received in the CEIDG registry from persons with non-Polish citizenship. That's 15% of all applications related to the start-up of this kind of company. Definitely the most of them came from Ukrainians – 25,5 thousand. The next place in this ranking were Belarusians – 2.1 thousand. There are besides people with dual citizenship, i.e. Polish and Ukrainian, from whom nearly 380 applications have reached.
According to data provided by the Ministry of improvement and Technology (MRIT), in the first 3 quarters of this year 220.1 1000 applications concerning the establishment of a single-person business (previously – 221.4,000) were received in the CEIDG register. The vast majority of them were submitted by Polish citizens, from January to September this year – 187,1 1000 (previously – 189,2 thousand).
In turn, 32.9 1000 (or 15%) of the applications afraid people who were nationals of another country (32.2 1000 and 14.5%, respectively). This includes applicants with dual citizenship, e.g. Polish and Belarusian or Polish and German.

– Poland for foreigners is always an attractive place to do business. This is confirmed by the above - mentioned data. At the same time, I believe that, as a state, we should make more real incentives for foreigners to further fuel our economy and home business. This would surely benefit us more. Of the foreigners who decided to take this step in the first 3 quarters of this year, the highest number of Ukrainians was 25,5 1000 (a year before – 24,4,000). After the start of the war in Ukraine, entrepreneurs simply started looking for a safer haven for their interests. Moreover, in Poland they have a smaller language barrier than in Germany or another EU countries, which is of large importance in the area of business.
