The utmost left-wing government of Spain decided on the mass legalization of foreigners residing in the country illegally, without democratic parliamentary debate. The Council of Ministers is to approve the start of work on a royal decree which will enable persons residing in Spain to get the right of residence and work before 31 December 2025, provided that they show at least 5 months of residence. In practice, this means legalizing about 500,000 blacks and Arabs.
Spain is mass legalizing the invaders. According to the announcements of the far-left parties of Podemos and PSOE, adequate proof of stay is to be papers specified as an electrical bill, medical certificate or confirmation of sending money. The application itself is intended to consequence in the granting of temporary residence and work rights for 1 year and the automatic suspension of deportation procedures. After a year, the foreigner will be able to apply for a standard residence permit.
The government explains the decision with "social justice", "human rights" and the request to regulate the existing social reality. In fact, we are dealing with legalization of residence for criminals who illegally colonize Spain. This is all happening with the bypass of parliament due to the fact that the royal decree does not require subsequent ratification by legislature of Deputies. It is simply a conscious choice of way that allows you to circumvent opposition from another political groups and impose a solution forcefully, administratively.
The opposition accuses the government of strengthening the pull effect. In his opinion, the state sends a signal that illegal stay is rewarded and the costs of this decision will be borne by public systems and legally working citizens. There are presently nearly 6 million immigrants surviving in Spain.
This decision shows the mechanics we are seeing throughout Western Europe. First toleration of mass illegal migration, then its legalization under the slogans of humanitarianism, and yet a change in the demographic structure and the labour market, without the consent of societies. Spain becomes another example of a country that itself stimulates its own fall.
It is worth noting here a mechanics that can besides affect Poland. First, hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants were admitted to Spain alternatively of turning their boats around, and, if they did not want to, sank them.
