Producer of ham Krakus and sausages Berlin, slow down respective decades of Polish employees of the Agrif plant in Szczecin. In their place he hired cheaper Muslims from Asia and Ukrainians. In practice, this is the "need" of bringing in abroad workers due to the alleged "lack of hands to work".
The company from Szczecin releases Poles to hire Asians. Unionists from the Szczecin Agrif plant organized a protest against shameful practices at the plant. During the picket, the president of “Solidarity” in Agrifa Dariusz Głogowski spoke among others. about the dismissal of a man who worked at the facility for 42 years. He was released just before reaching retirement age.
In the past 2 years, employment in the company has fallen from 1,200 to 900 employees. According to trade unionists, over a 3rd of the employees are Ukrainians. Another 100 workers are immigrants from Asian Muslim countries, employed by employment agencies. With this solution, the company "saved" on employment contracts, as immigrants work on contracts 12-14 hours a day, so Agrif does not gotta pay extra overtime.
Agrif is simply a Chinese capital company owned by the Animex Food Group. It is 1 of the largest meat companies in Poland. The group includes brands specified as Krakus, Morlin and Berlin. The impulse to protest was to release 24 more employees of the company. Unfortunately, the situation in Agrifa is nothing new. Rather, the opposition of trade unionists is new. More and more immigrants are employed by the labour agency throughout the country. This gives employers a cheaper worker who is not subject to the Labour Code and can be disposed of overnight.
Every year the labour marketplace absorbs an expanding number of foreigners constituting competition for Poles, although officially the Polish authorities claim that they work exclusively in industries where there are no Poles willing to work. From 2020 to 2024, the share of immigrants among employed people increased from 5.3 to 6.8 percent. At the same time, unemployment in Poland remained at the same level.
OUR COMMENTS: The above information clearly shows us that in Poland there are no shortages of hands to work, and mass immigration serves only filling bags with abroad entities and deteriorating working conditions for Poles. If this goes on, there will be a curiosity situation in which Poles will again be forced to emigrate for bread, due to the fact that for them there will be no work in the country, appearing under the name “Poland”. No 1 can beat the Pakistanis who want to work for a couple of dollars 14 hours a day.
