Drunk driving? "It happens to everyone" - said Senator Witkowski in the Republic.

On the air of the Republic came back a loud subject a fewer years ago today. Richard Kalisz's wife was driving a drunk, with a baby on board. The court then responded to the curiosity of the defence of the wife politician.

"Sad, but... everybody happens. There is specified a tradition in Poland" - said Waldemar Witkowski, Senator from the Labour Union, commenting on the fact that driving "under the influence".

Kalisz's wife "on double gas"

O Richard Kalisz has late been peculiarly loud due to his conduct as a associate of the State Election Commission.

We remind you:

The PKW postponed the gathering on the study of the Law and Justice Committee until “the constitutional authorities of the Republic of Poland governed the legal position of the home of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs and the judges taking part in the ruling of that Chamber”. 5 of the 9 committee members voted in favour of the postponement.

One of the PKW members, Ryszard Kalisz, after the decision to postpone the gathering on the PiS Committee's report, almost immediately repeated the script that he and Szymon Holovnia had previously sold about taking power by the talker of the Sejm. Kalisz pointed out that there were no grounds for a decision taken by PKW against his opinion - the absence of a final decision of the ultimate Court.

"Everyone happens"

On this occasion, a case around Kalisz's wife, respective years ago, was drawn to the wallpaper present on the show "#PO 11".

In short - in 2019 Dominique K. drove the car, having more than 2 promes of alcohol in her blood. She was initially sentenced to a year and 8 months of community service. Following appeal against this judgment, the conviction was greatly mitigated. The court then appealed to the curiosistic translations of the defence of the wife's politician, that a woman, despite being under the influence of alcohol, the car was driving correctly.

Today Adrian Klarenbach and his political guests discussed this. However, the translation of the Labour Union Senator shocked everyone. Spectators, certainly, too.

It's sad, but... it happens to everyone. There is simply a tradition in Poland. Not her first and most likely not her last. It shouldn't be, but it happens to everyone. Let him strike his chest, who has not done so before.

He said without knowing.

There was quite a few laughter in the studio, which was preceded by the amazement of both the writer and the another guests. Then, each of them admitted explicitly that he had never had specified a situation.

Really? Everyone has this... "incident"? Senator Witkowski says...

"This is an effort to make from the prosecutor's office thoughts".

Karina Bosak on “talk of hate”: You want people to go to jail for their beliefs.

– The fresh law proposed by the government will be a modern censorship of those who have the courage to think and search fact in the themes that are inactive the subject of debate. The thought of regulating the debate with a penal code is simply a violent intention and creates with the prosecution a real "police of thought"

She spoke in the Sejm on Thursday during the debate on the introduction of penalties for the alleged hatred speech by Karina Bosak (Confederation).

The politician recalled that the coalition on 13 December wants to arbitrarily add 4 fresh features protected: age, gender, disability and sexual orientation.

She then pointed out that the rules on alleged hatred crimes are a post-war solution.

– The description of the alleged protected features was due to the experience of war and the possible to origin bloody conflicts against religious, racial, national and cultural backgrounds. The reasons added in this task do not have specified possible or justification. They will be a direct tool of oppression for the freedom of speech of each of us on the street, in the press, in the media, in universities, in the network and in schools," she stressed.

– The direct consequence of the introduction of extended criminality for alleged hatred speech will be the criminalization of the expression of politically incorrect views containing conservative, free and Christian thesis contrary to the programme of groups representing these fresh features.

Their separation in the codex is in fact entering left-wing views into the law and involving law enforcement to force them all over society. Let's face it:

You want people to be punished and go to jail for their beliefs. This is already happening in another EU countries, which have continued on the way of expected progress. This is creating a fresh totalitarianism, due to the fact that due to the improvement of social media, expressing our views each of us will be able to become a criminal, or will feel harassed," said the Confederate MP.

In the opinion of politics, the fresh law, if voted by the Sejm, will not contact haters who can be prosecuted from another paragraphs, but average citizens who want to think bravely.

– What is more, punishing citizens is expected to be more severe than in the current wording of the penal code, due to the fact that you besides want to include these conditions in the catalogue of general directives on punishment. While the offense of insulting or defamation concerns claims that are offensive or untrue for speech of hatred can besides be convicted of telling the fact and regardless of our intentions, due to the fact that it is adequate that individual subjectively considers our comment offensive.

This poses a direct threat to freedom of speech and freedom of public debate, which should be a space of free communication, in which the most crucial criterion is to search and express the fact even at the expense of offending others," she noted.

– Protected groups are most frequently those with the top political influence. We do not want sacred cows – groups whose ideas will be taken out of sound criticism. We request a free, wise, mature and courageous debate. And we have the right to argue about ideas and morality. The Confederate is against this project, and I so request that it be rejected in its entirety

“Karina Bosak concluded.

The refusal to access banking services has late become 1 of the most effective forms of political struggle.

The procedure of debanking, i.e. closing someone's bank account under the pretext of anti-crime, has been known for years, but it concerned, among others, cases of money laundering. As many cases recorded in the planet show, present it is no longer essential to have anything to do with any financial fraud to face it personally: it is adequate to preach views another than those accepted by the rulers or elites.

Disposal of access to a bank account is unfortunately no longer a marginal and unknown phenomenon. In the course of the U.S. presidential campaign, the full Trump household was the victim. president Elek's wife, Melania, abruptly lost the chance to usage the bank she had been utilizing for many years. Her boy tried to open a fresh account in it, but met with a refusal. The name of the institution has not been disclosed, but it is besides known that Donald Trump has closed accounts as many as 3 banks: Signature Bank, Professional Bank and Bank United.

The Magpie spoke out of custody for Ziebra. Comment Wave

Magdalena Magoka admitted publically that the detention is to "force" evidence on Zbigniew Ziobrze. Her message was very emotional.

Magpie was a guest of TVN24, where she talked about the curiosity of the Pegasus commission.

Let us remind you that Zbigniew Ziobro was brought before the committee by police. The MP stressed that the Constitutional Court had stated that the committee was illegal and so did not recognise it himself, but besides submitted to the police. However, erstwhile he came to the Sejm, the members of the committee decided to conclude the proceedings.

Among another things, Magpie was asked about these events on TV.

...so that Zbigniew Ziobra will be decently detained and this time put in custody as punishment, so as to force him to testifysaid the president of the committee.

When asked if it was in custody that Ziobra was to be questioned, Magpie replied that she was waiting for the court to decide.

– Looking at what he was doing, we knew perfectly well that he would not respond in the light of the cameras. Therefore, today, if we were to make this decision right now, we would make the same decision," she said.

Arrest as punishment? Comment Wave

The words of Magpie caused widespread agitation.

– The arrest is intended to safeguard only the correctness and timely execution of the trial involving the witness. This is neither a punishment for any act nor a word of mining detention. It's a complete misunderstanding of institutions. – indicated Mr Bartosz Lewandowski in an interview with the portal tysol.pl.

What's incorrect with this roundabout in Lublin? All accidents and collisions. "Everything should be OK"

Mariusz Mucha

Consultation:Jack Chlewicki

2025-01-249:13

How many times has it been? At the roundabout. The 100th anniversary of KUL connecting northern and western Lublin to the bypass of the city occurred another accident. This time 2 vans ran into each other, and the full thing ended safely despite the awesome roofing. Police statistic show that this is the hottest intersection in Lublin.

What's incorrect with this roundabout? It is well marked, visibility in any direction is to be said exemplary... There is no week that there is no more dangerous road event at the 100-year-old KUL roundabout (more known as the “throw with a stump” from the tree trunk standing in the middle). Fortunately, no 1 was killed, but respective people were injured. - Rondo them. The 100th anniversary of the KUL is the place where road events happen most often, fortunately the most is collision - he admits to the supermen. Kamil Gołębiowski from KMP in Lublin. Only in 2024 there were dozens of them.

It is hard to calculate how many bumps have been since the roundabout opened in 2015.

We went through the roundabout in each possible direction: towards Warsaw, returning from it, cutting the roundabout in both directions north and south of Lublin. Truly, if you keep a decent velocity and carefully observe the left side, you cannot miss the danger.

Freedom with anger

From the "I want a country like the outside" series:

The situation of average people's arrests for social networking entries classified as offensive has entered into the 10 most common grounds for arrests in England.

About 8,000 people are arrested each year for this, and the number is increasing. At this rate, the number of arrests for apparent crimes will exceed the number of pickpockets and those active in robberies!

There are simple people who cursed themselves after drinking or, worse, perfectly flawed people who exposed apparent issues, specified as the fact that crime grew after being released from immigration.

They all actually enjoy the freedom of expression guaranteed by the founding laws of modern states.

In Germany Taleb Al-Abdulmohsen of Saudi Arabia entered the crowd gathered at the Christmas fair in Magdeburg. Before the football game began, we wanted to celebrate this minute with a minute of silence. Then a voice came out of the crowd shouting "Germany for Germans!". With the effectiveness of more useful actions, the German police identified a individual who screamed out of his anger and arrested him for "Xenophobic attitude".

Examples can be multiplied without number throughout the West. But what's absolutely comic is that this is These tyrannical societies that arrest their own citizens for "criminal opinions" are the biggest critics of China and Russia because, according to their officials, there is no freedom of expression there.

Wait, wait, dear comrades! I understand, according to what you say, that in China or Russia, if you dare say something that is not allowed, you will be arrested. Unlike in your countries, where you go to jail for the same crime. Are you telling me where the problem is?

The wickedness of the West lies in the hypocritical way in which it introduces what is called freedom. Theoretically, you are free, guaranteed only in the Constitution. The point is that your freedom is skillfully restricted by a series of laws that in most cases do not comply with the constitution. But that's not a problem, you've just seen in our country the specimens that the Constitutional Court populate and the decisions that fools can make.

But if we look out through the fence, our eyes will show a amazing picture.

Writer Zahar Prilepin was 1 of Putin's most bitter critics. However, this did not prevent him from reaching Pride. Chess player Garri Kasparov is recognized worldwide as Putin's extremist critic. Yet he walked freely and loudly in Moscow. In addition, his opponent on the chess board, Anatoli Karpov, a close associate of the Kremlin regime, intervened respective times to free Kasparov from certain legal consequences of his actions.

By delving into the problem, you can find something much more paradoxical.

Sometimes I laughter erstwhile I read Western conflict criticism in Ukraine. Well, if you want real criticism, I'll give you a origin that truly criticizes military evolution in Ukraine: Russian military bloggers.

With the exception of minorities, independent bloggers in Russia tend to track all smallest military problem and then jump down the authorities' throat. Finally, I pay attention - any will laughter at the Prigozhyn.

After an effort at a coup in which he even spoke of replacing the incumbent president, Primogyn moved freely like a bird from heaven at the Russia-Africa Forum in Petersburg, where he participated, among others, Putin.

Tell me, where in the West would that be possible? I hope you don't associate me with an episode of the plane crash of the Prigozine, due to the fact that it was rather clear that it was not shot down from the ground - as he accused the West - but fell as a consequence of an detonation on board.

The most likely hypothesis is generalized drunkenness, in which they began playing with a grenade. But let us leave speculation on the side, due to the fact that they are useless, due to the fact that in the West, specified a character was liquidated immediately after the signing of "a ceasefire". And in no way was he allowed to roam freely on board his plane!

There are many alleged "dissidents" in China. Overall, they are people paid by the West who falsely bark against the regime. Although they have been in prisons in the West for a long time, the Chinese authorities are limited to closely tracking them to "catch them in the mouth," or more specifically through Western funding, which leads them straight to a state treason trial. That's what panic in China is all about.

Far from idealizing the regimes there in any way. But I want everyone to be aware that The panic that spills here has become bigger than that. This is due to the fact that the Western society was going down and can only be stopped by terror. The elections cancelled by Romania are an exceptional case (and more specifically annulment and repetition with another candidates)! This has not happened in Africa either!

Romania is undoubtedly a symptom of the deadly illness that the West suffers from.

Desperate to preserve their face, American Republicans are now trying to change outdated political ornaments in the states under their occupation, precisely like which Gorbachev attempted to change leaders in his sphere of influence.

In Germany Musk flirts with AfD, in England even engages in organization games.

It's going to be amazing to separate you, but Musk's game is strictly algorithmic. They are looking for leaders who could unite society around them to politically redefine the West.

I'll tell you something for the first time, that's the reason why the 1 who was targeting Ponty [Victor Ponta - associate of the Romanian Chamber of Deputies - MS] During his visit to the US, he was not Trump - with whom he managed to take pictures like waiters - but Musk.

The goal was to propose to Musk that PSD is the most trusted anti-globalist organization and that it will be a hostage to the system, quoting this as an argument... Dragnea! Thus those who are in the strategy are trying to get distant with it, promoting their tails of axes with PSD through Ponty's actions. To top it all off, even those who "retaliated" with Ponta in Mar-a-Lago did not realize the game. Interestingly, Ciolac failed in the chapter "Algorithmic Analysis" and is so so desperate to increase his importance in social networks due to the fact that he believes that this will make himself up again before the fresh champion. And, of course, he is able to sale his parent too, which is why he desperately earns on all of Viktor Orbán's controversies, from which he hopes to support Trump.

I am rather disgusted by what is happening, due to the fact that everything reminds me of the power that people like Verdeța led after the fall of Ceausescu. And not just here, but all over the West.

The problem will be seen more clearly erstwhile the cat breaks in the US. Only then will the emptiness of the full West be revealed. But we'll talk about that later. Until then, I hope we don't reenter the dark night of censorship. I hope that the idiots who now want to bring her into our country will no longer have the time.

Hope!

The West is either so powerfully hypocritical, or we have entered specified a deep phase of legal ostracism, where relations
power - nation is defined as in Stanford experiment.

If individual is defined as a police officer, then they must catch criminals, and then anyone who is not a police officer is defined as a possible criminal.

And isn't that how the polarized planet is seen in movies?

Didn't Senator Witkowski say to drive drunk "everybody happens"?

Of course, "it happens" - to the senator and "everyone" from his friends, due to the fact that these words should be read according to the rule - "everyone looks after himself", or "everyone knows himself best"...

However, if the police accept specified optics - for them all citizen is simply a possible criminal.

'Cause didn't "everybody" happen to be over 90 on the road erstwhile nobody was looking, huh?

The police, too.

We should abolish speeding tickets and otherwise solve these cases, due to the fact that if not, the police alternatively of people helping and protecting, will start hunting people (or already hunting...) how it happens

in the U.S., due to the fact that it's the law that by definition "everyone breaks the law," "everyone is suspicious" and even if he did nothing, and was stopped to be controlled, he has to get out of the car and Lay down on the asphalt, due to the fact that that's what individual says.

And you know why?

To keep the cops safe if they request to, 'cause they've got a bad guy.

Don't police in Poland request that black powder weapons be registered?

In disarmed Poland, any police officers would like further difficulties in defending citizens. Police trade unions filed a petition to the parliament demanding mandatory registration of black powder weapons. In the opinion of commentators, specified government is unnecessary and the risks associated with the spread of specified weapons are minimal.

"In our country, there may already be over 500,000 guns. As the tragic cases of the past fewer years have shown, it is increasingly utilized by criminal communities, people with disorders. Unfortunately, her victims are besides police officers who, erstwhile they go to intervention, in police systems, do not see that a individual can own specified a unit of weapons," we read in the petition of the NSZ Policemen.

Maybe the next step-- due to 500,000 units of black powder weapons held by citizens - they're gonna want to bring in the law that you're gonna gotta lie on the asphalt due to the fact that they want to, huh?

Isn't it?

And what, you're not equal with criminals then?

There you are.

You're just as treated, regulations specify people - all human being - as possible criminals.

Did you see what happened all year on 11 November in Warsaw, how secretaries trick people itepe and tede?????

Stanford experimentation in full swing.

Ooooooo... 22 of 37 million Poles have a driver's license!

60% of the nation is by law possibly suspicious types!

Why do you make "civil" cars that can scope 200 km/h erstwhile you can't drive so fast?

Because first there's a free man, and then there's the rules and the lawmakers say,

"Now you're a defender in a prison made of regulations, catch them at will! Catch!

The velocity limit sign should be information about the suggested safe velocity on a given section of the road alternatively than a warrant.

And if the driver keeps his velocity safe, but there's an accident due to a raid on the sand on the road, will the authoritative get a ticket that he was incorrect about "safe speed"?

Well, no, there's another triggers for that, like "inadequate to driving conditions" something out there, punishing people, but not taking responsibility.

If the State is incapable to bear work for its actions, then do not make demands to citizens, let insurance regulate accidents.

In 2017 near Gdańsk dfamily Sulmin - Otomin The old days put concrete dams:

As Sylwia Bobkowska, manager of the refurbishment and construction paper of the Gdańsk region Old Town, emphasizes, the preparations were set to limit the anticipation of passing on trucks.

- I'm sorry. The chicanes stood before the reconstruction and the authorities of the municipality of Kolbudy demanded that they be placed back.

The point is not to usage the truck from the road, says Sylwia Bobkowska. In fact, buses may besides have a problem with passing, especially articulated buses. Hence our proposition to the carriers utilizing this way to usage smaller buses or buses and thus supply transport to the inhabitants.

Last year, this concrete block was hit by an older couple's car - 2 dead bodies on the scene.

The next day, the bricks were removed.

It was expected to be safe, and it turned out the another way around.

Some residents were against them - they suggested they posed a threat. Others praised the fact that not only limit truck traffic, but affect the lower velocity of cars on this route.

Slower means safer?
No, it's not.

Someone was liable for this idea?
A ticket?
Anything?

No, I'm certain they won't. Officials aren't going to hit on each other, they're going to hit the street.

Officials have families, too, and they want to be safe, but in this case... I think you've lost sight of the authoritative and pushed besides hard, and unfortunately, the accident.

He meant well.

Unfortunately, there wasn't a recipe that reads - "don't complicate life"

- I'm sorry. Why not just concrete dams? – asked 1 of our Readers.

- I'm sorry. Who rides there knows how much it takes to get bare while driving sober and slow in these very dangerous mazes. I no longer talk in the dark, and in addition, if individual does not know this route, these are deadly "surprises" - our reader says.

As reported by the inhabitants of the village of Sulmin, the day after the tragedy, concrete chicanes were removed from the road.

- I'm sorry. A top-down decision has been made to remove the "death bar". Work on this is underway. I will remove all 4 concrete chicanes - read on the office page.

What about "death pits" dug around roads across Poland?

I wrote about it 3 years ago.

Dehydration ditch on the road, 20 meters deep?

Why?

Dangerously deep ditches by the road

https://doba.pl/ddz/article/comments/35686/15/

"Dear Mr. Editor, I have decided to compose you this post due to the fact that I am inactive afraid about the fact that there are very deep ditches on the recently built road from Dzierżoniów to Włók. I truly don't know what the designer was doing, but I think it's very dangerous to me and to sound logic. Last week I witnessed a car lying in a ditch. The car was practically invisible from the road. And what if water is collected there when, for example, a cloud is hit? What happens to a driver or passengers who won't be able to open the car door? I frequently ride this road with my three-year-old son, and I wonder what would happen if I fell into that ditch... It's deep adequate to most likely hit the roof. And since a kid sitting behind a passenger seat could be tragic... I don't know if this ditch could be covered with concrete slabs, for example, by creating a flat, safe surface, or could not be led over the full dimension of the fresh section of energy-intensive barriers, which only appear in the mediate of it? Mr. Editor, I would like to make a request and interest in the subject due to the fact that it's not about aesthetics, but This is about our health, or possibly our life.. Who will answer for this in case of "W"? - we read in a letter addressed to the editor of Doba.pl

Has the flooding started yet????

And the same reflection.

Walking on the left side of the road, it is recommended to wear reflections on the right hand or leg - police officers inform

Which means the police presume that the reflection can be invisible on the left side of the body?

Yeah?

dogs in dark clothes, without reflections, unfortunately are completely invisible to the drivers

Walking in dark clothes is completely invisible to the drivers

And the police know that?

And if he walks with his hand to fix his arm bag, or something, and for a moment, the look on his dark clothes, it won't be visible?

the visibility of the driver frequently limits architectural elements, including trees or rain

You see a car, doesn't mean the car driver sees you!

Walking despite reflections can be obscured by trees, architectural elements, so wearing reflections does not mean that the driver sees a pedestrian

Yeah?

You see a car, doesn't mean the car driver sees you!

Walking on the left side of the road, I urge you get out of the way. When they hear a car approaching from across the street.

Nobody wants to kill themselves or anyone else, and accidents happen, yes, by definition, an accident is something that happens unexpectedly, suddenly

by Involuntary breach of safety rules in force in this traffic

either

caused by external cause

So everyone watches their own backs and tries their best.

Or...

TVN:

You might think it's just stereotypes, but any cars hit hands. very circumstantial drivers - and it's not about any circulation opinion, it's about statistics. It follows that various types of collisions and accidents most frequently include cars of 1 brand. Check which car brands are most frequently active in accidents.

CarVertical is simply a company that investigates the past accident of cars put up for sale - it revealed its data on this issue. Which utilized cars are most frequently after accident?
Used cars - which are most frequently after accidents?

It turns out that over 82 percent of the BMWs checked had any damage.

Few little hazard of buying a car after a call occurs in the case of MINI and brands Dodge, Jaguar and Porsche.

BMW's no coincidence. This brand was at the top of the car ranking with a colorful past of accident for respective reasons.

These are higher-end cars, usually equipped with more powerful engines, and drivers choosing fast cars with a sports cut may have a higher tendency to reckless driving.

On the another hand, older copies have affordable prices and are purchased by young drivers who have no experience but have a tendency to take greater risks. These considerations are, in effect, confirmed by investigation conducted by insurance companies that analyse the driving kind of drivers and the associated accidents.

We got 'em!
Mr. Ministries!

Catch them, catch them!!!!

Interestingly, in the ranking of cars with a colorful history, any cars are active in collisions and accidents respective times in their lives. It's mostly Jaguars. By the life of the mediocre Jaguar 2.29 damage. It's right behind him. BMW with a consequence of 2,28 damage, the 3rd was Lexus 2.24 average harm to 1 tested car.

On average, the car is damaged erstwhile all 5 years. The past of the accident itself is closely related to the course, due to the fact that the greater the distance the car passes, the greater the hazard that it will be active in the accident. While preparing statistics, it was discovered that the most colorful communicative had a copy Volkswagen Passat. He had 32 documented harm in his account.

Now we have a solution!!

All car owners of BMW, MINI, Dodge, Jaguar and Porche should pay tickets and others no longer.

And let them have 4.7x higher insurance!

That's fair, isn't it?

Will he?

It besides turns out that erstwhile it comes to drivers:

Passenger car drivers aged up to 2 years are the group most likely to origin accidents, and the mortality rate for these drivers is twice as advanced as for 25-64 and 3 times higher than for elder drivers - according to the analysis of the Polish BRD Observatory.

The analysis was carried out at the Polish Road Safety Observatory on the basis of data from the Accident and Collision Records strategy (SEWIK) for a period of 4 years (2019-2022).

Experts who analysed 6214 road accidents stated that young car drivers who had a driving licence for up to 2 years are the most common traffic participants causing accidents.

The analysis besides shows that the death toll rate for young passenger car drivers is twice as advanced as for 25-64 and 3 times higher than for 65 plus drivers. 67% of accidents involving young drivers are collisions of vehicles in traffic.

- I'm sorry. The most common origin of road accidents caused by young drivers is excessive speed, and the second most common origin is not to give precedence to the crossing and not to give precedence to the pedestrian crossing - said the head of the Institute of Motor Transport Prof. Marcin Ślęzak.

He added that there was besides a deficiency of compliance with signs or light signals among improper behaviours of drivers, and to a lesser degree there was an inappropriate turnaround and overtaking among causes.

The analysis showed that overspeed is the origin of 39 percent of accidents involving young drivers. 32% of accidents involving young drivers are due to not giving up the precedence of the crossing and not giving up the precedence of the pedestrian crossing.

This is associated with the piloted data collected from the Polish safety Printing Works - the IT strategy operator utilized during the examination of drivers' candidates, concerning errors made by drivers on exams.

The most common errors made on the exams are precisely the failure to give precedence to crossing and inappropriate behaviour at pedestrian crossings (43%). However, velocity as an mistake on the exam occurs very rarely, due to the fact that only 0.2% of cases.

Prof. Marcin Ślęzak, the Head of the Institute of Motor Transport, noted that the problem of the advanced hazard of young drivers occurs in most countries of the European Union.

- I'm sorry. Detailed analysis of accidents involving young drivers has allowed to identify common features of this phenomenon. The reason here is not so much the deficiency of cognition of regulations or the ability to execute manoeuvres, but more deficiency of experience, unawareness of threats and the deficiency of the ability to foretell them, and at the same time excessive belief in oneself - said Slezak.

There you go!

Black and white.

They're young drivers - Inexperienced - "ruining statistics," but it's all the drivers who are suspected and punished, right?

In the Stanford Experiment, "victims" besides felt their function and allowed them to push each another around, don't forget that.

"Right" for 17-year-olds? Poles respond

36.9 percent. polled - on statement

"The limit age for passing a category B driving licence (passenger cars) for 17 years should be reduced" - she replied "Definitely disagrees,"

And 27 percent thought that "I don't agree,"

which together represents 2 thirds of Poles who are against lowering the age in which they can take the category B driving test.

"I powerfully agree" said 8.5 percent of respondents, and
21% said "I agree."

"I don't know/hard to say" was expressed by 6.6% of respondents.

What would young people say?

In the younger age group, that is 18-29 years behind the thought of reducing the age of the passing age of this exam is 46 percent taking part in the survey and the other - 52 percent.

2% have no opinion on this.

As for people aged between 50 and 69 - 73 percent of respondents are opposed, which makes them the largest group opposed to specified a solution - according to the poll.

A survey of the Institute for marketplace and Social investigation commissioned by Radio Zet was conducted on 7-8 February this year by CATI method on a typical nationwide example of 1067 people.

The least accident cars - ranking

The least wounds and scars from metalworking professionals were found on utilized Fiats. French cars are more frequently active in accidents and collisions. The study suggests that this may be related to the driving kind of drivers who like the brand.

All cars on the list of the most "bite" are popular and economical brands. Test results may combine with the fact that the average user of specified a car prefers a alternatively quiet ride. Is that true?

Of course!

The fact that the number of accidents in Poland has fallen in fresh years is not necessarily due to advanced mandates - only that there is simply a crisis and people drive more economically and agree to travel together to work with 1 car, dividing costs into, for example, four.

Freedom, yes.
The right to say what you want, the right to assemble on 11 November, the right to free education or wellness care, and even lgtb get any rights - but no 1 seems to rebel that they take the right to free decision erstwhile driving a car.

Punish officials like drivers? An thought that can revolutionize roads in Poland

17 February 2025, 06:57
Krzysztof Komorowski

Urban Logistics Laboratory

Punish officials like drivers? An thought that can revolutionize roads in Poland. Who is liable for the state of the roads? Should officials pay parking tickets? What if there was an office closing down the streets?

Every year millions of Polish drivers pass through mandatory method tests of their vehicles. The condition of brakes, suspensions, exhaust emissions – everything must meet the standards so that the car can legally travel on the road. The authorities explain these stringent rules with concern for safety and ecology. But is the same concern about road infrastructure? Why are drivers strictly controlled and officials liable for the state of the roads left unpunished? Could the introduction of penalties for the failure of infrastructure improve safety on Polish roads?

Who is liable for the state of the roads?

Polish roads frequently match a way of obstacles: holes, collapsed wells, railways, while rail vehicles derail on damaged tracks. The work for road infrastructure lies with local governments and road managers, but, unlike drivers, officials bear no consequences for allowing dangerous streets to travel. Effect? Repairs are put off and roads destruct for years.

Should officials pay parking tickets?

Drivers are being punished for speeding, deficiency of inspection or malfunctioning lights. Why not introduce a strategy of penalties paid out of private money to city presidents, mayors, mayors and road managers for allowing streets in a tragic state? If any gap or inequality causing harm to the car would consequence in a fine for the officer liable for the road, possibly something would change eventually.

If there was an office closing down the streets...

Imagine an institution that had real competence to close roads and tracks in bad condition. How many streets in Polish cities would be immediately excluded from the movement? most likely a lot, and that could force local governments to give precedence to renovations.

Greater powers for ITD and Police

Currently the Road Transport Inspection has extended competence in punishing drivers. Absolutely imposes penalties on truck drivers for exceeding the burden weight, no method tests or driving time. possibly it is worth considering extending her authority to control the state of the roads? The police, too, who have opinions on changes in traffic organisation, could have the right to impose fines on officials for mediocre infrastructure status. If officers could order an immediate closure of a dangerous street, local governments would have a strong motivation to care about infrastructure.

Time to change!

The current strategy is full of double standards – drivers are strictly controlled while officials stay unpunished for their negligence. Is it not time for road authorities to be subject to regular audits or checks? Is the introduction of penalties for mediocre road conditions a good step towards improving road and transport infrastructure? What does the Ministry of Infrastructure say? What are your experiences with gap roads and neglected infrastructure?

In short, the author proposes even more power to the police over people, this time over officials...

Someone might say: now people will halt working in the office so they don't gotta bear unnecessary risks and costs, and the knife fork... or they'll block the roads in bulk.

Taking care of the safety and appropriate state of the roads is 1 thing, the another is work for what happens on the road and punishing people for external circumstances (random event).

The problem is to treat everyone as possible criminals, which should not happen, alternatively than punishing everyone "equally" so that it is "fairly."

Over 90 doesn't automatically mean an accident, but it's fined.

It is about uncovering a way to balance the situation - to guarantee safety and at the same time to respect human freedom.
