On the night of 27 to 28 July there was a dramatic incidental around Warsaw. 5 abroad suspects are about the collective usage of a 20-year-old student. A young woman, after spending the evening at 1 of the Warsaw clubs, lost consciousness and woke up in the car in the presence of six men. She managed to escape and find aid with the bus driver who immediately called the police.

According to the study provided by Piotr Skiba, spokesperson for the territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw, the student met 1 of the men in the club who introduced himself as a Spaniard. After leaving the club, she passed out and woke up in a car with six men. The fast consequence of the bus driver to which the victim escaped enabled immediate notification to the police.

The police stopped six men. 5 of them were accused of being active in collective rape, and the sixth – the driver of the car – of assisting. The suspects were arrested temporarily for 3 months. The prosecution emphasizes that all suspects legally reside in Poland and are employed.
