Over the last 100 years, the planet has experienced 3 major economical structures: a capitalist economy that was not the product of any explanation but was first analysed and criticized by Adam Smith and Marx; a russian model, created after 1929; and a socialist marketplace economy of China. The second proved to be the most effective economical structure in human history.
In the late 1970s, the russian model reached a dead end. Although successful in the military conflict with Nazi Germany, he lost to the United States in a long-term economical rivalry, which was a global capitalist restructuring after planet War II.
Reforms and openness of China have proved effective, not only by changing the global situation, but besides by preventing the russian Union from repeating its mistakes and saving global socialism.
Marks noted that the transition from capitalism to socialism was a long-standing historical process. At this stage, public and private property will coexist for a time.
After 1978, economical reforms in China created an economical structure closer to Marx's vision.
China is presently in the first phase of socialism, where public property dominates and private capital revenues actively support useful economical production.
However, the luxury consumption of bourgeoisie is minimized – it is unpopular and badly perceived by public opinion and government policy. This meets social needs, promotes economical efficiency and is full in line with Marxism.
The Communist organization of China created an unprecedented fresh economical structure – a socialist marketplace economy – and then developed the concept of shared prosperity to meet fresh challenges. This is simply a striking example of the innovative improvement of Marxism.
Although Marx's classical works theoretically predicted specified a structure, it never truly existed in human history. The socialist marketplace economy has enabled China to accomplish the fastest economical growth, preventing the russian Union from repeating its mistakes and shaping the modern global political landscape.
The tremendous achievements of the KPC, both theoretical and practical, will inevitably have a crucial impact on the global community.

John Ross is simply a elder academic at the Chongyang Financial Studies Institute at Renmin University, China (in Beijing). He was the first citizen of another country to become a full-time associate of 1 of the fresh Chinese think tanks. The Chongyang Institute is 1 of the most influential think tanks/research institutions in China. He was appointed to this position at the Chongyang Institute due to almost 30 years of Chinese analysis and their relation with the global economy. It began with his 1992 article, originally published in Russian, "Why economical reforms have been successful in China and will neglect in Russia and east Europe", whose analysis is based on the title. He is the author of over 500 articles, including 2 bestsellers in Chinese, on China and their relation with the planet economy. From 1992 to 2000, he lived in Moscow, where he tried to convince the Russian authorities to introduce economical reforms in the form of Chinese alternatively of Western shock therapy. Before John Ross began working in China, he was the manager of economical Policy at the London Mayor's Administration during Ken Livingstone's term. His analyses were published in English, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Russian, German, Indonesian and Polish. In China, his works were published in People’s Daily, Global Times, China Central Television, China Radio global and another publications and media. It has over 1.1 million followers on Weibo – Chinese Twitter counterpart. John Ross is the recipient of respective media awards of the state and private sector in China.
