Or is it a declared agent of German interests?
During the time of the Law and Justice, in order to formulate the basis for Poland's compensation claims against Germany for the Second planet War (which has a ten-year non-ending history) a process was established. Jan Karski Institute of War Losses (hereinafter: ISW). presently under the leadership of the D. Tusk ISW squad has a fresh “many promising” director, Dr. Bartosz Gondka (*). The investigation and implementation preferences of the Institute have besides changed according to the wisdom and needs of the stage. Not so far the public-acclaimed nonsubjective of the current action specifically set up "research team" within ISW It becomes the improvement of the state of Poland's losses due to its presence in the sphere of regional domination of the USSR. Reactive ‘Statement’ of the Institute (**), which are a kind of dementi, in terms of the "serial-process" objectives of the investigation carried out, in relation to Russia, it smells hypocritical at a distance.
It is hard to hide the present temptations of the widely understood West to "consumption" of economical effects that have been going on for many years and not ending the alleged peculiar Military Operations of Russia in Ukraine, which is truly a NATO-Russia proxy war. Actions of the Institute supporting the government of D. Tusk on the 1 hand, they are rather easy to read off the transactional de facto "Russian-Ukrainian" conflict, and on the another hand they point to German inspiration to divert attention from Poland's erstwhile demands to yet settle the issue of compensation for planet War II. On this occasion, German policy aims to further dispute Poland with Russia, which is likely to facilitate future German-Russian relations, and besides allows Germans to number on greater benefits from sharing the "Ukrainian cake" after military activities in Ukraine.
Returning to the Institute itself, of course, the starting point of the “investigation” started on 17 September 1939 erstwhile the Red Army entered Poland established as a consequence of planet War I and Treaty of Versailles and later Treaty of Riga ending the 1920 war, between the Second Republic and russian Russia. Traditionally, the process of liberation of Poland from Nazi German business by the Red Army with the participation of Polish military formations (I and II Army of the Polish Army) is marginalized. The current post-magdalene Polish governments have set the policy of confrontation with Russia. After joining the EU, this process, with the exception of a short period after the Smolensk disaster, was not only not hampered, but became more aggressive. Worse still, the politics of subsequent governments, whether PiS or PO, as well as the positions of subsequent Polish presidents, do not have any signs of independency and respect for the Polish state's right. These are alternating echoes of politics of external political centres – either European (mainly Germany or the United Kingdom and the Vatican), or an ooceanic hegemon, or United States AP.
Consequently, bilateral Polish-Russian relations are in a immense collapse and are dominated by bilateral aggression, frequently falsification of historical reality in the execution of vassal “scientific” or “journal” centres, and frequently even authoritative representatives of the top presidential, government or parliamentary authorities of both countries. Irresponsible Polish politics and publications meet the same Russian side consequence (***).
(*) Dr. Bartosz Gondek, (born 1972) is simply a Polish historian, Jan Karski Institute of War failure in Warsaw. He directs technological work on the assessment of losses suffered by Poland as a consequence of ZSRS aggression in September 1939 and the russian occupation, preparing the grounds for the request for reparations from Russia.

In consequence to Poland's demands for reparation from Russia, Moscow can supply a link to the movie from the opera "Iwan Susanin", said Russian MFA spokesperson Maria Zacharowa.
"We can supply a link to the movie from the opera "Iwan Susanin" as part of the reparation," she replied to the request.
The opera is dedicated to the popular historical heroism of the Khromic peasant Ivan Susanin. It is known that Poles marched to Kostroma to assassinate 16-year-old boyar Mikhail Romanov, but were lost along the way. Ivan Susanin, the peasant, offered to show them the way, but alternatively led them to the swamp where he died with them.
Bartosz Gondek, manager of the Jan Karski Institute for the Evaluation of War Losses, had previously told the Financial Times that Poland had begun preparing for a suit against Russia for reparations for the effects of planet War II. According to him, the assessment of the harm will be more extended than the assessment of the harm suffered by the Nazi German crimes, for which Poland claimed compensation of EUR 1.3 trillion.
